Medical examiners discovered that cardiac inflammation was the principal cause of death in two boys who died shortly after receiving Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccination. Both boys were discovered dead in their beds, one three days after receiving the second dosage of Pfizer’s vaccination and the other four days later. Both were declared dead after no attempts at resuscitation were made. Neither boy was given a name, and the dates of their deaths were not disclosed. The one who died first was dubbed Boy A, and the other was dubbed Boy B.
