America As We Know It Is Crumbling.

The United States is no longer a constitutional republic governed by the rule of law.

To paraphrase Founding Father and second President of the United States, John Adams, we do not have a government of laws, but a government of dangerous totalitarian men like Joe Biden and the people around him, who are formulating his unconstitutional edicts.

The time has come to heed the words of John Adams:

“Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness of the people; and not for profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness require it.”

The lawless Biden regime and the Democrat-controlled Congress, having usurped power via a fraudulent election, wield that power without the consent of the governed.

The U.S. federal government, quite literally, has seceded from the American people.

It has become an entity unto itself operating outside of constitutional constraints and unaccountable to the citizens it claims to represent.

The Democrat Party has permanent control of the federal bureaucracy, which is composed of unelected officials, who have the power to comprehensively regulate our lives and punish us when we don’t comply.

The Republican Party has seceded from its voters and should be abandoned as a political vehicle capable of providing effective opposition to the Biden regime, the Democrats or the mainstream media. It too is a party of the oligarchy and the Deep State and has become unresponsive to its constituency.

In parallel, the mainstream media, now purely a propaganda machine, censors or manipulates the news in order to promote a partisan political agenda at the expense of both journalistic integrity and the well-being of the country.

Ordinary Americans need to recognize that we are without representative government.

Once elected, members of Congress serve only their own interests, and that of their party and its wealthy donors. Petitioning members of Congress for the redress of grievances is an exercise in futility. Now that our elections have proven to be a sham and our political system has been shown to be hopelessly corrupt, Americans who believe in the Constitution and the rule of law must choose either to resist or to submit to a one-party totalitarian state.

Any country ruled by a small group without broad, popular participation by its citizens provides a basis for a political insurgency. The objective of a political insurgency is to restore the Constitution as the basis of our government, in particular the 10th Amendment, which states:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

That is, ordinary Americans must band together locally outside of the Democrat and Republican Party apparatus to restore the rule of law and establish alternate forms of governance accountable to the people. Fundamental to that effort are the rights guaranteed under the Second Amendment. Each locality should establish an organized and disciplined militia with sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain independence and individual liberty from any outside entity that might attempt to abuse them.

Nations are lands defined by borders containing people with a common history, culture and language. If the United States is to remain a sovereign nation with a restored constitutional republic, local governments need to preserve the critical elements of nationhood, now being systematically dismantled by the usurpers in Washington, D.C. Such measures include:

Securing our national borders,

Detaining and expelling all illegal aliens,
Declaring English the only official language,
Strictly enforcing Equal Opportunity, outlawing the teaching or promotion of critical race theory
Eliminating all discriminatory diversity and equity policies,
Establishing a simplified flat tax system for individuals and businesses to limit both the Internal Revenue Service and the impact of lobbyists,
Begin moving federal departments out of Washington D.C. to other locations in the country and hiring local employees,
Rebuilding from the ground up, the Department of Justice, the FBI and all intelligence agencies,
Restoring energy self-sufficiency,
Maintaining a strict constructionist interpretation of the Constitution,
Limiting Congressional terms to a total of 12 years either in the House of Representatives or the Senate or a combination thereof,
All current members of Congress who have exceeded the 12-year limit cannot run for reelection,
Removing all special benefits for members of Congress and government officials beyond those available to ordinary citizens,
With the exception of funds necessary for the defense of the nation, establish a yearly across-the-board 5% reduction in federal government funding with the immediate elimination of the Departments of Homeland Security, Energy, Education and the Environmental Protection Agency.
A yearly 10% reduction in foreign aid to be reinvested in the nation.

Now is the time for men and women of faith to step forward and speak out, or submit to the totalitarian administration and their Vision for a surveillance state. The lines are clear and have been drawn, & most are too scared to pick a side. Our constitutional republic is at stake and it may have been an illusion in the first place. 2020 requires individuals filing for unemployment compensation to prove their identity before receiving payments.

In an effort to prevent fraudulent claims which have plagued the online unemployment system, Texas has hired ID.me, a McLean, Virginia-based company, to authenticate users. But with a twist, biometrics data.

Since 2020, some 27 states have hired ID.me for unemployment verification, including Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.

“We are also now under contract with an additional two states. ID.me Spokesman Nicholas Michael told The Epoch Times.

“Our federal partners include the Department of Veterans Affairs and Social Security Administration.”

Unemployment applicants in these states must submit to a new, more invasive level of vetting to receive payments.

As a veteran I have used ID.me before, and luckily I don’t recall having to provide biometrics data. Because biometric data implementation in our government sounds like one big precursor to me. Biometrics are fundamental to attaining the data required to roll out mass infrastructure like the CCP’s artificial intelligence role in their governing systems.

ID.me’s online authentication process begins with a request for permission to use details from the user’s credit profile and other public sources. Soon after that, the system requires users to consent to ID.me collecting their Social Security number and biometric data. The user cannot continue the process or receive unemployment without consenting.

The fine print explains ID.me may collect facial biometrics and voiceprints.

Users upload an image of a driver’s license or passport, and a current “selfie” image taken with their smartphone. In some cases, a video selfie is used.

“We use these images to create a facial geometry or faceprint which we use for purposes of identity verification and to prevent the fraudulent creation of multiple accounts in a fraudulent manner,” the agreement explains.

Users may also be required to call ID.me and leave a voice recording that is used to create a voiceprint. “We use this voiceprint for identity verification and to prevent the creation of multiple ID.me accounts in a fraudulent manner,” the agreement explains.

Collecting Biometric Data

ID.me stores a user’s biometric data for use up to seven and a half years after they stop using the service, the agreement says. Users may ask ID.me to delete their biometric data, but the company may decline the request in some cases.

“ID.me will never share your biometric data with a third party except to protect you or others from identity theft,” the consent agreement says.

However, the agreement also says ID.me can share biometric data with its clients such as the Department of Labor and Industry to process unemployment claims, plus third-party service providers and “other third parties where permitted by law, to enforce the terms, to comply with legal obligations or applicable, to respond to legal process (such as a subpoena, warrant or civil discovery request), to cooperate with law enforcement agencies concerning conduct or activity that we reasonably and in good faith believes may violate federal, state, or local law, and to prevent harm, loss or injury to others.”

Batches of digital files containing the personal information of each person authenticated by ID.me are regularly sent to the state. The files contain an individual’s full name, email address, phone number, Social Security number, date of birth, street address, city, state, postal code, gender, and a unique identifier.

ID.me tracks the IP address, town, and time when users interact with the company.

Where Is the Information Going?

The truth is, they’ll tell you anything you want to hear just so they can gather as much data as possible on each and every one of us. State contracted biometric data collection of our impoverished citizens makes me feel like there are bad intentions at play here. Have they crossed the line in your book yet? To me this looks like the inevitable march toward adopting a society close to that of China. Where you can be publicly humiliated like the photo shown below and instantly fined for jaywalking. This would also lower your social score, making it harder to be approved for lines of credit.

Wether you are aware or not, we are in a technological race with China. As we know they play by a different set of rules. The type of rules that force people to be in their own bubble and never see outside of it. Everything you do is tracked and stored into a massive database that is accessed by the artificial intelligence that helps govern China. This video is about the origin of AI and what caused China to take it more seriously. Examples like AlphaGo are what demonstrated the sheer power of computing. AI is capable of finding solutions to problems that no human has thought of before. Sounds to me like we are creating an omniscient sentient being with capabilities of solving complex problems in our society that wouldn’t be solved otherwise. Looks to me like someone needs to be there to ride the beast. Revelations 17 should put that into perspective for you as you watch the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast.

My advice would be for all to not focus your eyes too hard on all of the controversy. Just get a broad, wholistic perspective on who is out there, who is influencing you, and how you can prepare for the whats to come. I cannot make you look into the tech industry and find the red flags. But just know, our tech savvy youth are finding that there is more work to be found on the “www” than in their areas. So if you’re not looking out for yourself, you wont even know you’ve been blindsided by this AI machine.
