(HNewsWire) Morally Bankrupt Democratic donor Ed Buck now faces a federal charge of giving methamphetamine to a 26-year-old man who died of an overdose, a federal prosecutor said Thursday. Buck, 65, is charged with one count of distribution of methamphetamine resulting in death, a criminal complaint said. He gave Gemmel Moore the dose of methamphetamine that led to Moore’s death in Buck’s West Hollywood apartment on July 27, 2017, according to court papers. A second man — previously identified by authorities as 55-year-old Timothy Dean — died from a drug overdose in Buck’s apartment in January, and Buck also gave drugs to several other men, one of whom suffered two overdoses several weeks ago, court papers said. The prominent donor solicited men for sex in exchange for drugs and money, US Attorney Nick Hanna said. Buck is believed to have held victims against their will, and injected them with drugs against will, Hanna said. Buck’s attorney Seymour Amster declined to comment after the federal charge was announced. Buck is expected to be arraigned in federal court on Thursday.

Prosecutors will ask for Buck to be held without bond pending a trial because they believe Buck “poses a significant risk to public safety,” Hanna said. If convicted, Buck faces up to life in prison. At the time of his death, Moore was living in Texas. Text messages between Moore and Buck “suggested that Buck purchased Moore’s airline ticket,” an affidavit said. American Airlines boarding passes showed Moore left Houston on the day of his death and landed in Los Angeles around nine hours before his death, court records said. Hanna said Buck brought Moore to Los Angeles “for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity. And then Mr. Buck agreed to pay the victim with money and narcotics.”On the day of Moore’s death, Los Angeles Sheriff’s deputies responded to Buck’s 911 call that someone had stopped breathing in his home. Moore was found wearing only white socks on his feet and unresponsive on a mattress in the living room, court papers said. Buck told sheriff’s deputies Moore had injected methamphetamine and smoked marijuana two to three hours earlier in the restroom. But Buck said he did not see Moore injecting methamphetamine and did not know where Moore discarded the syringe, a statement of probable cause said. Deputies saw drug paraphernalia including 24 syringes and five glass pipes in Buck’s home, court papers said. Moore’s death was ruled an accidental methamphetamine overdose, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner. Moore’s mother told investigators that her son reported that months before his death that Buck had “held Mr. Moore against his will and shot him up with drugs,” Hanna said. Democratic donor Ed Buck charged with a felony for running a drug denIn February, Moore’s mother filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Buck alleging that he injected her son with a lethal dose of crystal methamphetamine.”We categorically deny all allegations of wrongdoing and look forward to litigating this matter in a court of law,” Amster told NBC News then.

A 22-page federal criminal complaint unsealed Thursday painted a depraved picture of how Buck earned his grim sobriquet. Ten men told investigators that Buck had paid them to use drugs and dress up in skimpy underwear for his own sexual pleasure. Several of the men claimed they lost consciousness after Buck served them a drink, and some said they woke up to the sight of him injecting drugs into their arms against their will, according to the complaint.

Buck was charged Thursday with one count of distributing methamphetamine leading to death, according to the U.S. attorney’s office in Los Angeles. The announcement ended a two-year saga that had circled around Buck, local law enforcement leaders and activists from the city’s African American and LGBTQ communities, many of whom alleged Buck had been ducking justice since the 2017 overdose death of Gemmel Moore.

Investigators have found 10 more victims, nine of whom said Buck “administered drugs to them or strongly encouraged them to ingest narcotics as part of agreements to be compensated for sexual services,” Hanna said. According to court papers, one unnamed victim said he fell asleep on Buck’s couch on July 3, 2017, “and when he woke up his arm was tied to the couch, and was red and sore.” The man said he believed Buck injected him with drugs while he was sleeping, court papers said. Another unnamed victim, who was homeless, told authorities Buck was nicknamed “Doctor Kevorkian,” and was “well known for compensating male prostitutes with drugs and money,” the court papers said. That victim said in their first meeting in Buck’s home, Buck gave him $60 and methamphetamine in exchange for sex, and it was “part of Buck’s role-playing and fantasy to inject people with methamphetamine.”Buck continued to solicit men for sex and distribute methamphetamine after two deaths in his apartment, court papers said.

Buck already faces state felony charges of maintaining a drug house, battery causing serious injury and administering methamphetamine. His arraignment for those charges was postponed until October 11. Buck is accused of injecting a 37-year-old man with methamphetamine at his West Hollywood apartment on September 11, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said. The man suffered a nonfatal overdose.”This is a case that there has been a lot of activists’ interaction on it, thinking that charges should have been brought before there were,” Amster said before the federal charge was announced.”We will fight this case vigorously, but I’m not so sure legitimately there was ever enough evidence to ever cause this case to be filed until recently,” he added. Buck was being held on $4 million bail on the state charges. Buck has donated to a number of Democratic candidates and PACs in recent years, according to information from OpenSecrets, a nonpartisan group that tracks money in US politics. Recipients rushed to return Buck’s money after Dean’s death. Source

Los Angeles County prosecutors charged Buck earlier this week with operating a drug house, but the federal charge could prove far more perilous. If convicted of providing the drugs that led to Moore’s death, Buck faces a minimum of 20 years in prison.

Buck made a brief appearance in federal court Thursday afternoon and was ordered held without bond. Calls to his attorney seeking comment were not returned.

“Investigators have identified 10 additional victims — nine of whom [Buck] administered drugs or strongly encouraged them to ingest narcotics as part of agreements to be compensated for sexual services,” U.S. Atty. Nick Hanna told reporters Thursday.

Buck was arrested at his West Hollywood home Tuesday night, less than a week after a man fled his home fearing he was suffering a methamphetamine overdose, prosecutors allege. Buck tried to prevent him from getting medical attention, authorities said. The man was able to get to a gas station and call 911 after the Sept. 11 incident, which investigators have said was key to bringing charges against Buck.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department revisited the case, and in 2018, investigators asked prosecutors to consider four charges in Moore’s death: murder, voluntary manslaughter, and furnishing and possessing drugs. Lacey declined to file a case, citing insufficient evidence.

When a second man — Timothy Dean, 55 — died of an overdose in Buck’s apartment in January, the Sheriff’s Department said it would take another look at the first case.

Buck first gained political notoriety as a self-described conservative Republican while leading a gubernatorial recall effort in Arizona in the 1980s. But he became prominent in California as an “in-your-face” Democratic activist and booster of animal rights and LGBTQE-E for evil causes. In the last decade, he has donated money to all but one member of the current West Hollywood City Council, as well as candidates for the Los Angeles school board and California Senate.

In that same time frame, prosecutors say, Buck was luring young, disadvantaged men to his home with the promise of drugs and money.

Here are the major executives who were caught in Florida’s massage parlor prostitution sting

A six-month human-trafficking and prostitution sting in massage parlors across Florida yielded hundreds of arrest warrants, including several from the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter where at least two business executives were charged with soliciting a prostitute.

Ten spas have closed since the operation that stretched from Palm Beach to Orlando, according to the Associated Press. Cameras inside and outside the businesses were reportedly planted in the operation, with videotapes revealing some of the defendants committing sexual acts.

News reports suggested that although a high-profile executive like New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was implicated in the sting operation, there were more revelations to come.

“There are people down there in that area, I’m told, who say that this story is going to heat up and get a lot worse,” ESPN’s NFL insider Adam Schefter said Friday.

“I’m also told that Robert Kraft is not the biggest name involved down there in South Florida,” Schefter added.

First-time offenders charged with solicitation are typically permitted to enroll in a diversion program and serve 100 hours of community service, a former prosecutor told the Associated Press.

Here are the executives who have been charged in Florida’s prostitution sting:

Seventy-seven-year-old Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots with an estimated worth of $6 billion, was reportedly charged with soliciting a prostitute. He was filmed twice in the act at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida.

Kraft denied the charges.

Kraft began dating 39-year-old actress Ricki Lander, one year after his wife, Myra Kraft, died of cancer in 2011. Myra and Kraft were married for 48 years.

“We are as equally stunned as everyone else,” Jupiter Police Chief Daniel Kerr said to the Associated Press.

Kraft is worth at least $4.36 billion, though it could be as high as $6.6 billion. He owns two-and-a-half paper companies, a shopping mall, an office park, and a soccer team.

Kraft is a life-long Democrat who has donated to the Democratic National Committee and its candidates.

John Childs, the 77-year-old founder of private equity firm J.W. Childs Associates, was charged by the Vero Beach Police Department for solicitation of a prostitute.

Childs denied any wrongdoing during an interview with Bloomberg News on Friday.

“I have received no contact by the police department about this charge,” Childs said. “The accusation of solicitation of prostitution is totally false. I have retained a lawyer.”

Since 1995, Childs’ firm has invested around $3.7 billion towards over 50 businesses, according to its website. Childs was responsible for a $77 billion fixed-income portfolio with Prudential Insurance Company of America in the 1980s, his profile said.

Childs is a major Republican donor who supported GOP candidates in the past such as 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney, and former House Speaker Paul Ryan, according to opensecrets.org.

He has an estimated net worth of $1.2 billion and donated some $4.3 million throughout the last election cycle, according to TCPalm.

Campaign finance records show that Childs gave a whopping $250,000 to America First Action, a super PAC that supports President Donald Trump.

He also donated large sums to the conservative Club for Growth Action super PAC, the Senate Conservative Actions PAC, and the America Rising PAC.

He also backed individual Republicans like Florida Sen. Rick Scott, Montana Sen. Steve Daines, and Indiana Sen. Mike Braun.

Let Me Make This Abundantly Clear. (I Am Apolitical) While I Have a General Distaste for Politicians No Matter the Party They Belong To, I Am Unashamedly Politically a Bible Believing Conservative Christian. I Have a Severe Distrust of Government. I Believe It Is the Most Inefficient and Ineffective Way to Accomplish Most Things. While I Strongly Disagree with Liberals/Progressives and Conservative on Most Political Issues, and While I Believe Liberals/Progressives and Most Politicians Are Terribly Misguided and Naive About What Big Government Will Eventually Result In, I Strive to Not Question Their Motives. at the Same Time, While I Find Myself in Agreement with Conservative Politicians on Some Issues, I Do Not Believe Electing Republicans Is the Answer to Everything. for Me, Very Sadly, the Main Difference Between Republicans and Democrats Is How Quickly They Want to Drive the Car Towards the Cliff. Simply Put, I Do Not Believe the Government Is the Solution for Everything. I Do Not Place Any Faith, Trust, or Hope in Any Politicians to Fix What Is Wrong with the World. “Come Lord Jesus!” (Revelation 22:20)

Our government has been overthrown. As evidenced by Trump’s capitulation on the border, his recent servitude to the GMO industry and his acquiescence to the warmongers, our President has been compromised. Our liberties are being eliminated one by one. Gun confiscation is next. The Constitution is gasping its last breaths. Our borders are destroyed and our culture has been turned upside down by every perversion known to man.

Education is useless without the bible (Daniel Webster)

Usually, the Lord doth no great thing for or against his people, without giving warning of it before it comes.

John Wesley who said that what we tolerate in our generation, will be embraced by the next. Wesley is 100% correct! We are living in sick times.

Evil Exists So Spiritual Warfare Becomes Necessary!

  1. Corinthians 4:8-11 New King James Version (NKJV)
  2. We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9. persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed— 10. always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. 11. For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh.

Satan has power over (LGBTQE-TRANS PEOPLE). The “sons of disobedience” referred to in Ephesians 2:2 are those who have not trusted Christ as Lord and Savior (cf. Acts 26:18; 2 Corinthians 4:4; Revelation 13:12). The demons are also under the rule of Satan (Matthew 12:24), and one of his titles is “prince of demons” (Matthew 9:34). Satan has a kingdom (Matthew 12:26) and a throne (Revelation 2:13). Satan is called a prince because he is a ruler and possesses the power to manifest evil in the world through influencing people and commanding demons.

HNewsWire- “All political language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable.” Just look at some of our modern-day examples: torture is “enhanced interrogation techniques”; murder is “collateral damage”; the aggression initiation of war is a “pre-emptive strike”; the theft of taxpayers’ money is a “bailout”, and the theft of depositors’ money in a bank is a “haircut” or “bail-in”.In a blatant example of Newspeak, the New World Order controllers (through the psychiatric DSM V) have tried to rename pedophiles as “minor-attracted persons” and redefine pedophilia as “sexual orientation”. This makes no sense since sexual orientation has to do with gender, not age, with whether you are attracted to males or females, not how old they are. There are even organizations (like B4UAct.org) which are claiming that pedophiles are being unfairly stigmatized for their feelings!

If homosexuality has been posed as healthy, good and normal, in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary, so can pedophilia. Pro-pedophilic articles are making their way into academia.

Unfortunately, not all alternative sources are reliable, even some Major Christian (and I use Christian loosely) news sources have been corrupted. They will NOT tell the truth. They just parrot the deceptive narratives perpetrated by those who currently control our government and media. Even those who are honestly trying to present the truth can miss it sometimes. There is so much deception out there. In these last days, you must be wise as serpents and gentle as lambs. It is no time to sleep or slumber. Diligence and vigilance are required. It is critical that you think for yourself and not be a Lemming.
