Natalie Parker, 37, who was the foster parent of the infant and four other children in the home, turned herself in to authorities on Monday, according to the sheriff’s office. Kaufman County Sheriff deputies were called to Parker’s home in the 2000 block of Chisholm Trail in Forney on Dec. 29, 2018 after getting a 911 call about an unresponsive infant. The child was dead when they arrived, police said. The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services were notified and removed the other children from Parker’s custody.
