The Time Has Come for President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act and Put down the Lawless, Left-Wing Insurrection Against America….. The entire “Net Neutrality” push was a con job. They never believed in neutrality; only Un-godly tyranny.) “Birth Pains”

The lunatic, lawless Left is out of control. The corporate-run media has become a CIA propaganda front that ignores reality while fabricating fake stories to destroy America. The tech giants despise free speech for conservatives while demanding “equality” for transgenders. And left-wing governors and mayors are openly advocating Antifa-style lawlessness and violence in America, as long as that violence is directed at conservatives and Trump supporters.

(By the way, do you remember all the hype to push “Net Neutrality?” It was supposed to protect dissenting voices and diverse views on the ‘net. The tech giants pushed it aggressively, and the moment Trump got elected, those same evil tech companies like Google and Facebook then systematically silenced all conservative voices. The entire “Net Neutrality” push was a con job. They never believed in neutrality; only tyranny.)

Just last night, lunatic left-wing mobs violently attacked Trump supporters who were leaving the Trump rally in Minneapolis. Via Breitbart News:

It is Sunday, January 10, 2021 and one of my very reliable sources has told me he was inbound to Camp Pendleton due to the Insurrection Act being signed.

While this information was coming in, I watched Washington Dulles airport go into lockdown. Nothing in – nothing out. This typically would indicate that POTUS was on the move. I also watched two aircraft exfil the area at the same time – not showing as AF1 – but something else. Which, btw – is not only very likely they would not broadcast his movement – but would also show as something entirely different. We witnessed GW Bush do the same thing when he went to Bagdad during the war, his AF1 747 was actually squawking as a Gulfstream aircraft.

So what is the Insurrection Act?

The Insurrection Act of 1807 is a United States federal law that empowers the President of the United States to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops within the United States in particular circumstances, such as to suppress civil disorder, insurrection, or rebellion.

The act provides a “statutory exception” to the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, which limits the use of military personnel under federal command for law enforcement purposes within the United States. Yes, folks, that means the military can and will start arresting people.

Before invoking the powers under the Act, 10 U.S.C. § 254 requires the President to first publish a proclamation ordering the insurgents to disperse. Remember this video shot in the rose garden and what POTUS said? Telling everyone to go home? Condemning what people were doing at the Capitol?

I am not going to lie, when I saw it I was a little angry at POTUS because I felt like he had just sold us out. HE was the guy who called everyone there, and now he was condemning us!? It made no sense. NOW IT DOES!

There are Constitutional exceptions to Posse Comitatus restrictions rooted in the President’s own constitutional authority. Defense Department guidelines describe “homeland defense” as a “constitutional exception” to Posse Comitatus restriction, meaning that measures necessary to guarantee National Security from external threats are not subject to the same limitations.

Now, the flight in question. MC4521 exfilled the Capitol right when all of this lockdown occurred. Interesting data point – it appears that the flight departed out of Oceana NAS. This is probably because if POTUS were to boogy out of DC, EVERYONE would see the movement and know something was happening. So, go to an alternate and secure exfil location.

I imagine the next thing we will see is an announcement from POTUS once – likely via the EBS. Then, we will see the military going hot on arrests of the traitors.. my estimate is that the next 24-48 hours will be very telling. Watch for the 1.13.21 date.

• Increasing calls for Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act, coming from attorney Lin Wood, The Epoch Times, Gen. McAnarney and many others.
• Sidney Powell says clear evidence of foreign interference allows Trump to invoke his 2018 EO and seize all the assets of corporations and individuals who were complicit in the election rigging.
• Gen. Flynn calls for Trump to invoke the 2018 Executive Order on foreign interference.

Military tribunals are necessary because the regular courts are not capable of sorting this out.

What took place in America was not merely “vote fraud” but rather “cyber warfare.” These were acts of war against America, using cyber warfare weapons and techniques to overthrow the government via a rigged elections process.

• The treasonous actors should be arrested and charged, subjected to military tribunals. This is the only system of justice that is capable of functioning without the current level of corruption.
• Suspend the inauguration until this election is fully investigated.
• We the People demand this action from the President.
• “This is the last free election we will have” if we don’t expose this election fraud. And Georgia’s runoff election will be stolen using HAMMER, Scorecard and Dominion voting machines.

• The President must support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. These are domestic enemies. “Like Stalin says, it doesn’t matter who votes, it matters who counts the votes.”
• America’s judicial system people don’t understand how cyber warfare works. So they are missing a real grasp of the crimes and acts of war being committed against the United States.
• “The ownership and leadership of Fox News is complicit in a treasonous act.”
• U.S. Marshals should have seized all the Dominion servers the day after the election and secured them as forensic evidence.
• People who changed votes in the machines should know that they will be prosecuted for treason and may face the death sentence.

Calls for Trump to invoke the 1807 Insurrection Act and deploy the U.S. military to stop the election fraud continue to accelerate, with The Epoch Times now joining the effort, saying, “Trump should use those powers as President to safeguard the future of our Republic and arrest those who have conspired to deprive people of their rights through election fraud. The Insurrection Act enables Trump to use the military to seize the key electoral evidence in contested states and deliver a transparent, accurate accounting of the vote.”

Attorney Lin Wood also recently tweeted:

Our country is headed to civil war. A war created by 3rd party bad actors for their benefit – not for We The People.
Communist China is leading the nefarious efforts to take away our freedom.
@realDonaldTrump should declare martial law.

And Sidney Powell is now openly calling for President Trump to invoke his 2018 Executive Order on foreign interference in the U.S. election, explaining:

Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. There’s frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that, for anybody who’s willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics, or corporate greed, or global wealth.

It’s going to blow the mind of every citizen in the country who’s willing to look at the truth and the facts… Because there’s never—we’ve never witnessed anything like this in the history of this country. And it’s got to be stopped right now or there will never be a free and fair election.

General Michael Flynn has also called for invocation of the 2018 executive order to seize all assets of those who are complicit in foreign interference with US elections. In a recent interview with Maria Bartiromo, Flynn said:

First of all, there’s a whole number of paths that the President has… Sidney Powell right now has four lawsuits pending at the Supreme Court… we have conclusive evidence of foreign interference in our election… You have the DNI (Ratcliffe) coming up on this Friday with a report on the whole range of issues, if he does the duty that I think he is very capable of doing, and the intelligence community provides the clear, unfiltered assessment, then they are going to discover that, and one of the things that I would recommend if I were the DNI or certainly if I were the National Security Advisor, I think that the President of the United States has to trigger his executive order of 2018, and probably appoint a special counsel to look into all this… because we have serious, serious foreign influence problems with this Dominion voting machine.

President Trump himself has now tweeted that any swing states that certify electoral votes based on fraud are themselves committing prosecutable crimes:

Swing States that have found massive VOTER FRAUD, which is all of them, CANNOT LEGALLY CERTIFY these votes as complete & correct without committing a severely punishable crime. Everybody knows that dead people, below age people, illegal immigrants, fake signatures, prisoners, and many others voted illegally. Also, machine “glitches” (another word for FRAUD), ballot harvesting, non-resident voters, fake ballots, “stuffing the ballot box”, votes for pay, roughed up Republican Poll Watchers, and sometimes even more votes than people voting, took place in Detroit, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, and elsewhere. In all Swing State cases, there are far more votes than are necessary to win the State, and the Election itself. Therefore, VOTES CANNOT BE CERTIFIED. THIS ELECTION IS UNDER PROTEST!

This is all happening at the same time that a forensic audit of the Dominion vote tabulation systems reveals that, “that they were designed to create fraud and influence election results, a data firm said Monday,” reports The Epoch Times.

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in a preliminary report.

“The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified,” he added.

The only way for Trump to correct the widespread ballot counting fraud (and foreign interference) is to invoke the 1807 Insurrection Act, deploy the US military to seize ballots and voting machines, and re-run all the physical ballots (which must be stored for 22 months under federal law) using accurate signature matching, the discarding of faked ballots and using scanning machines that are aren’t rigged in favor of Biden.

The result will be a clear Trump victory in the swing states, and in the national election.

We are declaring all these traitors, who own and run Google, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, CNN, ABC, MSNBC, Fox, Apple, Microsoft, New York Times, Washington Post as well as Democrat and Republican politicians, governors, mayors, congressmen etc who are complicit in this treason against our Republic under citizen’s arrest and order them to give themselves in to nearest police station within 24 hours. If not, they will be hunted down and captured, dead or alive.

It should be VERY CLEAR TO THE ELECTORS THAT IF THEY ELECT THE CRIMINAL JOE BIDEN ON MONDAY DEC 14 AGAINST THE WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, THEY ARE BASICALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS COUP.

This acceleration of rhetoric among patriots would seemingly provide additional pressure for President Trump to act quickly, knowing that if he fails to invoke the Insurrection Act and deploy the military, America will soon collapse into widespread civil war. The only way for Trump to control the situation us to deploy the military, which will likely put patriots back into a standby mode to see how things unfold.

Global Ordnance LLC, (GO) has been awarded an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract number W52P1J-21-D-0001, on the U.S. Army’s Bulk Explosives Program for the supply of new production Type 1 Trinitrotoluene (TNT) to the U.S. Army.  The Bulk Explosives Program IDIQ contract is for five years and has a ceiling value of $188,170,265.00, considering all IDIQ awards. As part of the initial award, Global Ordnance will deliver 1,000,000 pounds of TNT in 2021 to the U.S Army.

Interestingly, once Trump orders ballots and voting machines seized under military authority, he can use the science of “kinematics” to investigate the ballots and easily filter out fraudulent ones.

In extreme circumstances, there is an exception: the Insurrection Act, which allows the use of active-duty or National Guard troops for federal law enforcement in cases when “rebellion against the authority of the U.S. makes it impracticable to enforce the laws of the U.S. by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings,” according to U.S. Northern Command.

One of the more relevant cases, at least as it may pertain to National Guard units being called up to aid in the coronavirus pandemic, is that of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007. The bill, signed into law in 2006, gave the president the power to take command of National Guard units under the guise of martial law without the approval of state governors until its expiration a year later, creating a precedent for such action.
