Maine Health Care Workers Taking Vaccine Mandate to Supreme Court.

Maine health care professionals opposing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate are hopeful the United States Supreme Court will follow the lead of a Texas federal court, which recently ruled that the Department of Defense must accept religious exemptions for active-duty veterans.

The national civil liberties organization Liberty Counsel argued in a brief filed on behalf of 2,000 health care workers in the Pine Tree State on Jan. 11 that it is discriminatory for hospitals to grant medical exemptions but not religious exemptions to health care workers who are opposed to taking the COVID shot.

“The folks that are getting medical exemptions comparably pose the same exact risk to the purported interest of the state—which is to slow down the spread of COVID-19,” Harry Mihet, chief litigation counsel for the Liberty Counsel, told The Epoch Times. “The virus doesn’t know whether a person is unvaccinated because of a religious reason or because of a medical reason.”

“No matter how small the number of secular exemptions by comparison, any favorable treatment—in this case, deployability without medical disqualification—defeats neutrality.” said Judge Reed O’Connor in his order.

Because the number of medical exemption requests was lower, the Pentagon reasoned that granting medical exemptions but denying religious exemption requests was justifiable.

Gov. Janet Mills of Maine issued an order prohibiting health-care workers from receiving a religious exemption from the immunization while allowing them to receive medical exemptions.

The state contended that religious exemptions were meaningless because the regulations didn’t apply to any specific religious group and were only designed to prevent against health care employees infecting patients.

On the same day that Mills requested the dispatch of 169 members of the Maine National Guard to fill critical staff shortages at hospitals across the state, Liberty Counsel filed its Supreme Court brief. The unvaccinated, according to Mills, are to blame for the critical shortage.

“I wish we did not have to take this step, but the rise in hospitalizations–caused primarily by those who are not vaccinated is stretching the capacity of our healthcare system thin, jeopardizing care for Maine people, and putting increased strain on our already exhausted health care workers,” Mills said in a lengthy statement on the National Guard’s call for assistance.

Mills’ decision to call in the National Guard, according to Steve Michaud, president of the Maine Hospital Association, is “welcome news” to the state’s “beleaguered hospitals.”

“We are in the midst of the most difficult time of the entire pandemic for hospitals,” Michaud said.

If anything, Michaud believes the scarcity is due to the termination of thousands of Maine health-care employees for failing to comply with the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

He noted that Mills has never offered any numbers to back up her claims that the unvaccinated are spreading COVID-19, and that it’s more likely to be people who have received vaccinations, given the governor’s own promotion of Maine having one of the highest vaccinated populations in the country. “This is a crisis of the governers making,” Mihet argues.

According to the most recent Maine CDC numbers, 76 percent of the state’s population has had full COVID-19 vaccination.

The only two states with somewhat higher immunization rates are Vermont and Rhode Island. Maine has a high percentage of health-care personnel who have been immunized against the virus. By the end of September 2021, 91.6 percent of hospital employees and 85.8% of nursing facility employees had been vaccinated, according to state CDC estimates.

The resignation of health care professionals over the vaccine mandate was cited as the reason for the closing of Central Maine Healthcare’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

A scarcity of ambulance drivers and EMTs has lately been noted in many municipalities in northern Maine. A recent record-breaking number of COVID-related hospitalizations has added to the shortfall. The Maine CDC recently reported a total of 159,498 cases.

Even the President of the Maine Hospital Association is having to clarify after one of these idiot governors spews a mere narrative as opposed to logic and data. The healthcare worker crisis is manufactured by these public officials who are stretching our very way of life thin. They’ve already taken our sense of security by not perusing the lab leak “theory”. So one has to assume that if they’re continuing to peddle along the Wuhan virus as some naturally developed sickness that only the government can deal with, they’d have to be either in China’s back pocket or something much worse.

The internet has proved to be a place in which you can tune into various frequencies in search of a perspective that best fits your narrative. I could make up an argument on the fly and back it up with facts pertaining to my argument. With that being said, the news about COVID-19 is terrifyingly polarizing. There is a spectrum, by which all narratives of the COVID-19 agenda are carefully presented to anyone conducting research. The opposing sides of the spectrum are those who are sold on the COVID-19 pandemic, and those who aren’t sold at all.

But it becomes extremely important that we listen to our gut, when we notice that someone is eyeballing something that rightfully belongs to you. Our civil liberties are merely gods gift to man interpreted by men of power. No man, woman, government, organization, forum, or anything will prosper as a weapon against God. With that being said, when our God given rights are at stake, it is probably best to question the integrity of those who propose the removal of such rights. In summary, if you’re not a “conspiracy theorist” you probably aren’t asking very many questions about the world around you.

A $15 million civil complaint has been filed on behalf of a 9-year-old against John Griffin, a former producer for CNN’s “New Day” who was fired in December over child trafficking claims.

According to Fox News, the case was filed last week in Bridgeport on behalf of a 9-year-old “Jane Doe” and her custodial “next best friend” Janet Doe, alleging “despicable actions” of “horrific sexual abuse” and exploitation.

“For several years prior to 2020, the defendant solicited young girls, including the minor plaintiff, for the purpose of knowingly persuading, inducing, enticing and coercing them to engage in sexual activity, sexual exploitation, and/or sexual trafficking,” the lawsuit claims.

Griffin, who was booted by the network last month, is accused of pressuring parents to bring their girls to a house he bought in Vermont so he could participate in illicit sexual conduct. In federal court in the state, he is charged with one crime of trafficking and two counts of attempted trafficking.

According to charging filings filed in Vermont and Nevada, the pressure worked in one case.

Griffin allegedly persuaded a mother from the latter state to fly with her daughter to Vermont, where they spent time together.

Griffin and the lady are suspected of having sexual relations with the girl, who is nine years old. If convicted of even one count, he may spend the rest of his life in prison.

Griffin brought three ladies and their underage daughters over “for the purposes of sexual training” between April and July 2020, according to a civil lawsuit filed last week.

The lawsuit demands damages and expenses of up to $15 million.

Griffin allegedly captured drone footage of a “totally naked 9-year-old girl” standing by him while he was in his underpants, according to the lawsuit.

“When confronted with this video during an interview by FBI agents, Griffin’s first response was merely to suggest he was not looking at the naked girl, despite that she was standing so close to him to be touching,” according to the prosecutor’s pretrial detention brief.

Griffin told officials after his arrest on Dec. 10 that “Without incriminating myself, I just want to let you guys know that I’m ashamed you even know my name at all,” according to court documents.

“In the time I’m with you guys, in the event I do anything inappropriate, I just want you to know that I’d feel the same way you guys would if I were in your situation. Thank you, ” Griffin is alleged to have remarked as well.

In 2020, the lady who brought the youngster to the northeast, who was identified as the girl’s adopted mother in court documents, was charged with child abuse and other charges. Griffin has pled not guilty to all allegations and is being jailed in Vermont without bail.

CNN is corrupt news in the first place, and that can be very widely agreed upon. So it’s no surprise that media puppets are up to no good behind the scenes. John Griffin needs to be put away for life and so do the rest of these evil people committing heinous crimes against humanity thinking they’re above the law. It’s mostly democrats and their constituents being caught up in this Epstein like activity. The only thing to truly bring a stop to the evil is the second coming of Jesus Christ and the only way to keep your head on straight is learning about his message and having faith in his power. Matthew 10:28 says: “And fear not them that kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul; but rather fear Him that is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

No one man can make sense of this elaborate illusion cast over the common man of society, but collectively we can point out each limitation forced upon us and bring it forward as an injustice to the public. In Matthew 10:34 Jesus says: “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.” We’re meant to go down preaching the gospel and guiding others to salvation. This could be considered the bravest task a man or woman of faith could undertake, but make no mistake it will bear fruit in the kingdom of heaven.
