New York Proposing to Detain Unvaccinated Americans.

The New York Senate and Assembly could enact legislation on January 5, 2022, that would allow authorities to remove and detain individuals, contacts, carriers, or even anyone suspected of posing a “serious threat to public health” and keep them separated from the public for an undetermined period. The measure proposes holding unvaccinated people in COVID prison camps indefinitely. Bill A416 poses a major threat to all Americans in New York State’s fundamental freedoms, including their ability to choose whether or not to obtain medical assistance and immunizations for contagious diseases.
