Unvaccinated health-care workers in England who lose their jobs as a result of the CCP virus vaccination mandate will not be eligible for an exit payout, according to an official document. Staff terminated as a result of the legislative change will not be eligible for any “redundancy entitlements, including payments, whether statutory or contractual,” according to NHS England’s guidance for the implementation of Vaccination as a Condition of Deployment (VCOD).
