No Pay for Separated Health Care Workers in England Who Oppose the Vaccine Mandate.

Unvaccinated health-care workers in England who lose their jobs as a result of the CCP virus vaccination mandate will not be eligible for an exit payout, according to an official document.

Staff terminated as a result of the legislative change will not be eligible for any “redundancy entitlements, including payments, whether statutory or contractual,” according to NHS England’s guidance for the implementation of Vaccination as a Condition of Deployment (VCOD).

All adult workers who interact with patients or service users in health care facilities must be completely vaccinated by April 1 or face redeployment or dismissal, according to the government’s new law, which was approved by parliament. This comprises medical personnel such as physicians, nurses, and volunteers, as well as support personnel like as porters, cleaners, and receptionists. The restriction does not apply to workers who are medically exempt from vaccination or who are participating in a medical trial.

To keep their existing positions, frontline health care workers must receive their first doses of the CCP virus inoculation by Feb. 3, allowing for an eight-week break between treatments.

The VCOD advised health-care companies to begin inviting unvaccinated employees to meetings on February 4 and notify them that a possible outcome may be dismissal, but stressed that the process is not a redundancy.

“It is important to note this is not a redundancy exercise. In the context of the regulations, there is no diminishment or cessation of work of a particular kind, ” the 24-page paper states.

“Employers will not be concerned with finding ‘suitable alternative employment’ and there will be no redundancy entitlements, including payments, whether statutory or contractual, triggered by this process.”

Workers’ reassignment or dismissal is “determined by the introduction of the regulations and an individual’s decision to remain unvaccinated.” according to the paper.

As to the official steps being taken “in respect of redeployment processes and potential dismissals of staff due to VCOD.” employers were told to engage and work in partnership with their trade union or staff side representatives.

Alternative possibilities for an unvaccinated employee, such as any feasible alterations to their existing function, restrictions on duties, or redeployment prospects, should also be considered, according to the document.

Apart from permanent exemptions, those with a short-term medical condition or who test positive for COVID-19, as well as pregnant women, can get temporary COVID-19 medical exemptions in England.

Although the government’s awareness campaigns encourage pregnant women to get vaccinated, they are exempt from vaccination-based laws until 16 weeks after giving birth.

While unvaccinated pregnant employees are not obligated by law to be redeployed while they are exempt, they may be temporarily redeployed based on mutual agreement after the results of applicable risk assessments or on the recommendation of occupational health.

Leading midwives have appealed for a “immediate delay” in plans for mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations for frontline health workers, according to the NHS paper.

The Royal College of Midwives claimed the policy could have a big impact on maternity services, claiming this week that staff absences are at an all-time high since the pandemic started.

The college stated that there is “chronic understaffing” in the field, with an estimated shortage of 2,000 midwives, and that it is concerned that the strategy may cause staff levels to fall even further.

“The NHS has always been clear that the life-saving COVID vaccination is the best protection against the virus, and while it is currently a recommendation for health and care staff to be vaccinated, it will soon become a legal requirement.” said NHS national medical director & Professor Stephen Powis.

“The overwhelming majority of staff in NHS organisations, nine in ten, have already had their second jab, and NHS employers will continue to support and encourage staff who have not yet been vaccinated to take up the offer of the 1st and 2nd doses ahead of the April 1, when regulations come into effect.”

Health and social care employees are “responsible for looking after some of the most vulnerable people in society, many of whom are more likely to suffer serious health consequences if exposed to the virus.” according to a Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) statement.

“This is about patient safety, and ensuring people in hospital or care have as much protection as possible. ” the spokesperson continued. “Vaccinations remain our best defense against COVID-19.”

According to NHS England data, 94 percent of NHS Trust health care professionals in the NHS Electronic Staff Record had received at least one dose of the CCP virus vaccine by January 9, 91 percent had been double-jabbed, and 76 percent had been triple-jabbed.

As of Jan. 9, the data indicated that 81,626 employees had not been immunized. An estimated 15% of all employees are not on the front lines.

Ministers from the government have previously stated that the definition of “completely vaccinated” will be altered to include a third dosage when all adults have had a reasonable opportunity to receive a booster shot. If and when the rule changes, it’s unclear whether or not health-care workplaces will be affected.

So it seems as though just as the MRNA inoculations have waining efficacy, so does the propaganda that came along with it. People don’t want to get booster after booster, if these authoritarian’s aren’t careful they’ll wake up the people they’ve enslaved. It wouldn’t take much to convince someone that globalist elite are influencing the amount of tyranny imposed on each and every nation. This “chronic understaffing” is inarguably attributed to the political purge in our health care and military ranks. It’s hard to back the argument that unvaccinated are filling hospitals while you boast about 90%+ vaccination rates.

These problems aren’t going away, and they need to be confronted by a collective of people who understand what kind of risks are posed upon humanity when these kind of people take power. Perhaps it’s simply not in God’s plan for people to come to the realization that their very way of life is shifting based on these policy makers whims. We’re meant to endure this tragic downfall of humanity and critical thinking. 1 Peter 4:12-14 says: “Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you.” Stay inquisitive in the word of God, and the world around you.

On Jan. 5, Chinese President Xi Jinping issued the regime’s military with mobilization directives, saying it must evolve into an elite force capable of winning any war.

According to state-run news agency Xinhua, the order stated, “The armed forces must closely follow the evolution of technology, warfare, and rivals, redouble their efforts to better combine training with combat operations, and strengthen systematic training and the use of technologies to develop an elite force that is capable of fighting and winning wars,”

Since 2018, Xi, who serves as both the general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party and the chairman of the Central Military Commission, has issued annual mobilization orders. The directives set the military’s priorities for the following year and begin military-wide training.

The commands come as the CCP adopts a more belligerent approach to foreign relations, which coincides with deteriorating relations between the dictatorship and the rest of the world.

Xi has conducted major reforms across the entire Chinese society since taking office in 2012, including a massive restructuring of the military that began in 2015.

Xi has tried to dramatically strengthen his personal influence over military leadership in the interim, promoting at least 58 generals loyal to him and supportive of his reforms.

The technology-focused mobilization order comes after the CCP signed a joint declaration with the other UN Security Council members earlier this week. The regime’s leadership stated in it that the spread of nuclear weapons must be stopped.

However, a Chinese official stated shortly after the declaration that the regime would continue to develop its nuclear arsenal and would not make any concessions until the US and Russia had fewer nuclear weapons than it did.

The US has been increasingly concerned about China’s growing military capabilities.

The US military unveiled new software in December to help predict how its actions could enrage China’s communist regime. The software was branded a “appeasement app” by some critics since it’s just evaluating the demands of the CCP.

New Russian assault helicopter bids, an increasing fleet, a record number of Chinese military aircraft incursions into Taiwan’s air defense identification zone, Taiwan invasion scenarios, and a hypersonic weapon test in July are among the various arising concerns regarding China’s military activity.

In response, the Pentagon stated its next national security strategy would emphasize global alliances and partnerships while dealing with China as a “pacing challenge.”

A pacing challenge is one way to describe the government getting an elite force ready for war. Or you could say that China is aiming to bolster its military forces in preparation to conquer whoever is in their way of survival. Because that’s the reality of the situation, they want to win any conflict just like we do. With that being said, you can surely expect the Biden administration to fumble our military preparedness as a whole. Senseless administrative discharges being held over the heads of unvaccinated service members that have declared their will to protect American citizens from threats foreign or domestic is a heinous act. All things will come to light with time, and these injustices will be brought forward. If they don’t do time behind bars, they’ll be spending all their time in hell.
