The Canadian Constitutional Crisis Is Directly Attributed To Trudeau & His Constituents At The World Economic Forum.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has subjected the Canadian people to the first and only invocation of the broad Emergencies Act, which he designed, purposefully aggravated, and did nothing to resolve.

We are subjected to Liberal talking points and irrational attacks on those who resist its imposition, rather than indignation from progressive civil libertarians and most of the commentariat for this tremendous overreach (with the honourable exception of two civil liberties organisations and some clergy).

Despite the preamble of the legislation and the PM’s comforting assurances, which were immediately followed by a scary litany of acts by the finance minister, claiming that our fundamental rights have not been undermined is patently incorrect.

Without a court order, an unknown number of people’s bank accounts have been frozen. We do not know whether those targeted by our political masters participated in the blockades, donated to the Freedom Convoy, just showed up to show their support or out of curiosity, hugged a trucker (like the police in Coutts Alberta), expressed a critical view of the government’s handling of the situation, or praised the truckers for calling for an end to COVID restrictions. Our financial institutions are obligated to enforce punitive punishments akin to those imposed on offenders of the Magnitsky Act for human rights crimes. These tactics have sparked international outrage and have uninvolved Canadians concerned about their savings.

Sixty-three percent of Canadians feel that it’s time to lift COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the government and “start living with this virus instead of continuously avoiding it.” “We’re done with it,” Ontario Premier Doug Ford screamed. Trudeau could have calmed the situation by speaking with truckers and lifting excessive regulations, as many other countries have done. He went in the opposite direction.

Police enforced the legislation at the Ambassador Bridge and the Coutts roadblock before the act was enacted, and Ottawa could have been cleared at the same time. The difficulty to pull trucks away was used to justify the suspension of 38 million Canadians’ rights. However, the drivers could have been apprehended, the vehicles hot-wired, and the vehicles driven away. Because Ottawa’s recently ousted police chief refused to do his job, it did not happen sooner. The federal government bypassed all intermediate processes and rushed straight to a totalitarian remedy that is legally required to be used only as a last resort. The blow to the government’s credibility will be devastating if the Supreme Court rules that the emergency can “effectively be dealt with under any other law” and that the act’s imposition is thus invalid.

Suspending civil liberties can set a dangerous precedent, particularly when the standard is so low. If a state of emergency can be declared for a peaceful protest that transformed into a peaceful occupation but could have been dealt with through routine police action, it risks chilling free expression and assembly.

We’ve arrived at this perilous juncture because the prime minister forced a vaccine mandate on truckers in January, with no epidemiological justification. He worsened the problem by portraying working-class truckers as racists and misogynists with “unacceptable” views, evoking Hillary Clinton’s tone-deaf remark about her opponent’s followers as deplorables during her failed presidential campaign.

As events unfolded, Trudeau retreated from view and went skiing until President Biden woke him to action. It seemed as if he was trying to use demonstrators as a wedge to force him to act forcefully, like his father, Pierre Trudeau, did 52 years ago during the FLQ issue. Despite the fact that insults reinforced the demonstrators’ determination, they remained peaceful regardless of how badly they were provoked.

The prime minister’s default strategy is to accuse those who disagree with him of bigotry and racial supremacy without providing even the most flimsy evidence. He sunk to a new low last week. During question period, Trudeau falsely accused Conservative MPs of standing with persons carrying Nazi flags, including Melissa Lantsman, a Jewish MP from a family of Holocaust survivors. Saying anything so repulsive and dumb jeopardizes his moral standing as the country’s leader.

Even if Trudeau believes that declaring an unneeded emergency exhibits strong leadership and will win short-term public support, the dictatorial smell will be with him for the rest of his political career and beyond.

Trudeau has truly outdone himself this time by pointing his finger back at his citizens, claiming that the problem is their yearning for medical autonomy. Perhaps citizens wouldn’t be disrupting the economy if globalist sell outs like Trudeau, Fauci, Newsom, Inslee, and Pelosi weren’t imposing tyrannical COVID-19 legislation on their people. These people are public servants, and will no doubt provide the public service we demand. 37% of the worlds population is being grossly neglected by public officials who seek to aid big pharma catalyze biotechnological innovation. This agenda inherently defies the will of God, and will no doubt come with divine consequence.
