The Elites (Elected Officials) Believe They Have a License to Kill With Impunity
Why Write an article about Intelligence Agencies, because most of our elected are part of the unthinkable evil that has mutated out of control, and they are our slave masters because of the power we had given them. They are everything the Bible instructs his followers to, have nothing to do with, As Americans, we like to think that we are a light to the world and that other countries should be using us as a model for how to properly do things. But the truth is that we have become unspeakably evil, and after reading this entire article, I doubt that there will be anyone that will disagree with me. And while it is undoubtedly true that there are quite a few other nations that are also tremendously evil, none have fallen harder or faster then we have. At one time, America indeed was “the hope of the world,” but now, just about every form of wickedness that you can imagine is exploding all around us, and very few of our national leaders seem to care...
The first example that I would like to discuss is something that came out in court on Thursday…

MI5 agents have secretly been given the authorization to participate in ‘murder, torture and sexual assault’ on British soil without fear of prosecution, a tribunal heard yesterday.
It emerged that the security service has been giving its informants and agents the freedom to commit ‘grave criminality’ for almost 30 years.
Yet no police officer or prosecutor has ever been told of their criminal activities, the Investigatory Powers Tribunal in London heard.
In a landmark ruling last week, a panel of five senior British judges ruled that a secret government policy of granting immunity to its state security service was “legal”.
Below is an interview with one of the human rights groups which challenged the murky policy demanding that it be banned.
First though, some background to the issue.
British government policy holds implicitly that agents or informants operating for the state’s security service, MI5, are permitted to commit crimes without fear of prosecution if those crimes are committed in the line of duty to protect national security.
This is tantamount to the British state granting its agents and proxies a “license to kill”.
The judges in the panel of the so-called Investigatory Powers Tribunal (IPT) have formally recognized this hitherto secret government policy as “legal”. The panel voted by 3 to 2 in favor. The two dissenting judges expressed deep concern that the ruling was “opening the door to future abuses” of power by British state agents.
Four British-Irish human rights groups challenged the policy of immunity but they were over-ruled last week by the five-judge panel. These groups are to further appeal the decision in the courts. One of them, the Committee on the Administration of Justice (CAJ), based in Belfast, has considerable expertise in investigating the abuse of state power during the armed conflict in Northern Ireland (1969-1998). CAJ has documented the extensive involvement of British military intelligence in waging a dirty war in Northern Ireland where its agents colluded with and directed paramilitary agents and informants to carry out assassinations. Hundreds of such extra-judicial killings remain “unsolved” and represent a painful legacy for citizens across Northern Ireland.
MI5 is the branch of state intelligence that deals specifically with internal security. The other branch, MI6, deals with overseas activities. The disturbing implication is that MI5 can act with impunity, including acts of murder, against British citizens in the name of national security. The powers granted to it are secret and beyond public scrutiny in the courts. That means Britain’s secret services are now officially untouchable and above the law. This is a description fitting for a police state, not a supposed democracy that proclaims to be under the rule of law.
One of the most notorious killings was that of Belfast human rights lawyer Pat Finucane (39) in 1989. British agents smashed into his home while he was having dinner with his wife and three young children. The attackers shot him in the head 12 times as he lay prone on the floor in front of his family. The British government has previously acknowledged “shocking collusion” by its agents in Finucane’s murder. But the British authorities have pointedly refused to hold a full public inquiry, thereby blocking any prosecution.
Thirty years after the murder of Pat Finucane and hundreds of other Irish citizens by British counterinsurgency operations, Britain is now formally granting the same license to kill citizens anywhere in the United Kingdom – under the pretext of national security. The development has grave implications for human rights in Britain. It also casts a sinister cloud over what kind of Britain the new Conservative government under Boris Johnson is creating post-Brexit.
Strategic Culture Foundation conducted the following interview with Daniel Holder, the deputy director of the Committee on the Administration of Justice (CAJ), based in Belfast.
INTERVIEW
Question: Is CAJ concerned that the Investigatory Powers Tribunal ruling last week will lead to serious human rights abuses by British security services in the future?
Daniel Holder: We are very concerned that this ruling for now permits MI5 to continue to authorize informant or agent involvement in serious crime. This could include crimes that constitute human rights violations. There were such experiences during the Northern Ireland conflict of informant-based paramilitary collusion, with agents of the state involved in acts as serious as murder and torture. Far from the so-called “intelligence war” helping bring the conflict to an end we consider that such practices by covert units of the security forces as having prolonged and exacerbated the conflict.
Question: On Brexit impact, will leaving the EU and its human rights standards add to concerns of abuse of power by the British state?
Daniel Holder: Although the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) is part of the Council of Europe system and not the EU, those advocating for Brexit often confuse the two and hostility to the EU also manifests itself in hostility to the ECHR and its court in Strasbourg. Being an EU member state, however, does mean ECHR membership is obligatory, and that will go with Brexit. Although the ECHR being incorporated into Northern Ireland law is also a key part of the 1998 peace deal known as the Good Friday Agreement it is deeply concerning that the new British government is already advocating breaching this commitment by stating it will change the domestic ECHR law (the Human Rights Act) so it does not apply to acts before the year 2000. They are quite open that the reason for doing this is to impede investigations into the security forces during the Northern Ireland conflict – and top of the list as to what the UK does not want a light shined on is precisely the issue of the crimes of agents of the state within paramilitary groups, practices often referred to as “collusion”.
Question: Are British government claims justified that undercover work by security services and their agents may require freedom for agents to participate in unlawful activities in order to protect national security?
Daniel Holder: All police and security services the world over use informants. They are a vital policing tool, but they have to be used lawfully, and the question always is: where do you draw the line as to what they are allowed to do? On occasions where absolutely necessary this may involve informants being involved in crimes like conspiracies with a view to thwarting them; but the bottom line is that informants can never lawfully be “authorized” to be involved in serious crimes that constitute human rights violations, such as kidnap, killings and false imprisonment, nor can they act as agent provocateurs. All of that is illegal.
Question: The narrow majority in the five-judge high court granting immunity to MI5 from prosecution for crimes suggests there is concern among state judges that the existing policy is dubious and treacherous. Do you perceive deep misgivings among the authorities?
Daniel Holder: Yes, but not just now, going back some of the archival documents and investigations that have taken place into the Northern Ireland conflict have revealed significant misgivings at that time, about just such a policy. Take the government-approved De Silva review published in 2012 into the murder of human rights lawyer Pat Finucane, where “shocking” levels of collusion were admitted. This report conceded that that officers were being asked to do things that could not be done lawfully, which is another way of saying the policy and practice was unlawful. We now have a secret policy, the limits of which are unknown, on the basis of a power that does not exist in law, that tries to continue to place agents of the state above the law. The concern is that the errors of our past could be repeated if the same circumstances arise again, here or elsewhere.
Question: The British judges’ ruling last week seems contradictory. On one hand the ruling claims MI5 agents are not immune from prosecution, but on the other hand it says they can act unlawfully if it is done in the public interest?
Daniel Holder: The system and policy are contradictory. The policy says that MI5 informants are in theory not immune from prosecution, but MI5 will know about their crimes – and indeed authorize them – but conceal this from police and prosecutors, despite legal duties that apply to everyone in Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom to promptly inform the police when you are aware someone is committing a crime. Again, this is the security service placing itself above the law.
Question: Is this the kind of policy that leads to rampant lawlessness seen elsewhere, for example in Brazil and The Philippines where police officers and state agents are killing thousands of people extrajudicially with impunity? Northern Ireland’s past conflict of rampant British state collusion in killings is surely a warning too?
Daniel Holder: The practices by covert elements of the security forces of tolerating, facilitating and even directing informants in paramilitary groups involvement in serious crime, including killings, and assisting their evasion from justice, in our view was one of the most serious patterns of human rights violations that prolonged and exacerbated the Northern Ireland conflict and has left a deeply poisoned legacy that we are still struggling to deal with today. There have been significant reforms to the Police Service in Northern Ireland since the peace process to prevent recurrence, but the UK security and intelligence agencies also need to bring their practices within the law, otherwise somewhere, history could repeat itself.

The Most Evil Intelligence Agency in The World – CIA – A summary of its Atrocities
Of course, the mainstream media is completely avoiding this story because they fully approve of what is happening and they don’t want to cause any sort of an uproar. And most “conservative” media outlets are avoiding this story as well because the truth is that they aren’t actually very “conservative” at all.
There are tons of lists on the internet listing the top intelligence agencies in the world. These lists are basically a personal point of view of the writer. If the writer is from an Asian country, ISI (Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence) or RAW (India’s Research and Analysis Wing) would likely be on top of the list. The rest of the world thinks that the CIA or MI-6 is the best intelligence agency in the world.
The purpose of an intelligence agency is to protect the national interests and assets from internal and external threats. These government institutions collect and analyze valuable information to predict and protect the country from any possible security breach. Intelligence agencies report to some government institutions and bound to work under the law of the land.
There is however one intelligence agency in the world whose focus is not “protecting national interests” but “destabilizing other countries and committing crimes against humanity“.
The title of the worst intelligence agency in the world goes to America’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). CIA is also the deadliest intelligence agency in the world. CIA is also stood as the most powerful intelligence agency in the world in intelligence agencies ranking.
Why?
Let’s start from the beginning when the CIA was founded in 1947:
CIA – Founded in 1947
CIA was founded by President Truman when he signed the National Security Act of 1947, creating the Central Intelligence Agency and National Security Council. The CIA is accountable to the president through the NSC — there is no democratic or congressional oversight. Its charter allows the CIA to “perform such other functions and duties… as the National Security Council may from time to time direct.” This loophole opens the door to covert action and dirty tricks.

Some Details:
Cover-acting Wind created in 1948
In 1948, a covert acting wing was created called “Office of Policy Coordination” and its responsibilities included “propaganda, economic warfare, preventive direct action, including sabotage, anti-sabotage, demolition and evacuation procedures; subversion against hostile states, including assistance to underground resistance groups, and support of indigenous anti-communist elements in threatened countries of the free world.”
Corruption of Democratic elections in Italy in 1948
Italians communists were supposed to win this election if the CIA had not intervened. CIA broadcasts propaganda buys votes and beats up opposition leaders. Eventually, communists were defeated.
Radio Free Europe Project in 1949
CIA created its first major propaganda outlet in Europe called Radio Free Europe. It was illegal to broadcast/publish any of this transcript because it only propagated false news for several decades aiming to create a certain mindset in Europe.
Operation MOCKINGBIRD
This operation started in the late 40s. The objective was to hire journalists and new organizations to work for the CIA. Philip Graham was one of the team members leading this effort and also the publisher of “The Washington Post” which became a major CIA player. CIA admits that its assets include at least 400 journalists and around 25 new organizations.
Overthrowing Mohammed Mossadegh in Iran – 1953
Mohammed Mossadegh was democratically elected Prime Minister in Iran. He was threatening to nationalize British Oil. CIA replaced with the Shah of Iran in 1953 in a Military coup.
Operation MK-ULTRA
This operation was started by the CIA in the early 1950s and halted in 1973. The object was experimenting with mind control. One of the parts of this project including giving different drugs to Americans subjects without their consent or knowledge. Many of them committed suicide. This project was funded by Rockefeller and Ford foundations. The scope of Project MK-ULTRA was broad, with research undertaken at 80 institutions, including 44 colleges and universities, as well as hospitals, prisons, and pharmaceutical companies. The CIA operated through these institutions using front organizations, although sometimes top officials at these institutions were aware of the CIA’s involvement.
Military Coup in Guatemala in 1954
Jacob Arbenz was a democratically elected leader in Guatemala and he was threatening to nationalize the United Fruit Company owned by Rockefeller. CIA director Allen Dulles also owned stocks in this company. CIA overthrew Jacob Arbenz and replaced him, dictators. This new establishment projected they're interested and killed almost 100,000 people in the next 40 years.
Vietnam 1954-1958
CIA tried to overthrow the communist government in North Vietnam through officer Edward Lansdale who spent four years using all the dirty tricks. CIA was unsuccessful and repeated failures resulted in the Vietnam War from 1st of November 1955 to 30th April 1975. The result was the unification of South and North Vietnam as the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
CIA’s Dirty job in Hungry in 1956
Radio Free Europe broadcasts a secret speech of Khruschev amid inciting a revolt in Hungry. Americans also provided aid to Hungarian fighters. These efforts failed. A major Russian invasion was the result of killing 7,000 Soviets and almost 30,000 Hungarians.
Killing in Laos 1957 – 1973
Pathet Lao was a communist organization, a leftist group and had enough support to be part of any coalition group. This was a major problem for the CIA and America. CIA carried out approximately one coup per year trying to overthrow Pathet Lao. The efforts badly failed even after the CIA created a group of Asian mercenaries who attacked Pathet Lao. Americans starting bombing Laos eventually.

- Over 270 million cluster bombs were dropped on Laos during the Vietnam War (210 million more bombs than were dropped on Iraq in 1991, 1998 and 2006 combined); up to 80 million did not detonate.
- Nearly 40 years on, less than 1% of these munitions have been destroyed. More than half of all confirmed cluster munitions casualties in the world have occurred in Laos.
- Each year there are now just under 50 new casualties in Laos, down from 310 in 2008. Close to 60% of the accidents result in death, and 40% of the victims are children.
- Between 1993 and 2016, the U.S. contributed on average $4.9M per year for UXO clearance in Laos; the U.S. spent $13.3M per day (in 2013 dollars) for nine years bombing Laos.
- In just ten days of bombing Laos, the U.S. spent $130M (in 2013 dollars), or more than it has spent in clean up over the past 24 years ($118M).
CIA helped Papa Doc in 1959 to become the dictator in Haiti who killed over 100,000 people during their reign.
The Bay of Pigs in 1961
The CIA sent over 1,500 Cuban exiles to invade Cube where Castro was the leader under “Operation Mongoose”. This operation failed due to poor planning, security, and backing. This is the CIA’s first public setback, causing President Kennedy to fire CIA Director Allen Dulles.
The killing of Rafael Trujillo in the Dominican Republic in 1959
Rafael Trujillo was a dictator in the Dominican Republic. He was a murderer and had the full support of America since 1930. His business interests had grown so large that starting competing with American business interests. The CIA eventually assassinated him.
CIA assassinated Patrice Lumumba in Congo in 1959
Democratically elected Patrice Lumumba had huge public support. CIA assassinated him but due to his public support, the CIA was not able to replace him with their own man. The country suffered from four years of political unrest.
Overthrowing Juan Bosch in 1963 – Dominican Republic
The CIA overthrew the democratically elected Juan Bosch in a military coup replaced him with the right-wing junta.
Overthrowing President Arosemana in 1963 – Ecuador
President Arosemana was overthrown in a CIA backed military coup. His policies were unacceptable to Washington.
A military coup in 1964 – Brazil
The democratically elected government of Joao Goulart was overthrown during a CIA backed military coup. General Castelo Branco who was in line with American interests, created Latin America’s first death squads. Later it was revealed that the CIA trained the death squads.
During the 1965 CIA overthrew governments in Indonesia, Dominican Republic, Greece, and Congo.

In 1967 the government was overthrown in Greece after a CIA backed military coup.
Operation PHEONIX in 1967 helped South Vietnamese agents to identify members National Liberation Front also knows as Viet Cong and then murder them. The operation resulted in the killing of 20,000 Viet Cong members.
Operation CHAOS was exposed in 1968. CIA was spying on American citizens since 1959. CHAOS spied on 7,000 individuals and 1,000 organizations.
Che Guevara was captured in Bolivia in 1967 during a CIA backed military operation. CIA wanted to keep him alive but the Bolivian government executes him to prevent any calls for clemency.
The notorious CIA torturer Dan Mitrione arrives in Uruguay in 1969 with a motto “The precise pain, in the precise place, in the precise amount, for the desired effect”. He was kidnapped and killed a year later. Read more about him here.
In 1970 CIA overthrows Prince Sahounek in Cambodia.
In 1971 CIA overthrows leftist President Juan Torres in Bolivia. His replacement was dictator Hugo Banzer who tortured, raped and executed over 2,000 political opponents.
The Wagergate Break-in during 1972 was an operation where President Nixon sent a team of burglars to wiretap Democratic offices at Watergate. All these members had CIA histories.
CIA overthrows and assassinates Salvador Allende in Chile in 1973. He started to nationalize American owned companies in Chili which was the major problem for the CIA.
Internal Investigation in 1973
William Colby, who was the Deputy Director for Operations at that time order all CIA personnel or reported all legal and illegal activities they knew about.
CIA director was fired in 1973
President Nixon fired CIA direct Richard Helms who failed to cover Watergate Scandal. They both always disliked each other. Helms was replaced with William Colby.
Operation CHAOS was exposed in 1973. James Jesus Angleton was fired as a result.
The House of Representatives cleared the CIA of any involvement in the Watergate scandal in 1973.
Toppling Government in Australia in 1975
Edward Whitlam, a left-leaning man, was the Prime Minister of Australia in 1975. CIA pushed the Governor-General, John Kerr. Kerr, to dissolve the government, which he did. The whole nation was stunned by the use of this never used before the law.
CIA backed war in Angola in 1975
CIA was eager to show some performance after losing the war in Vietnam. Henry Kissinger launched the CIA backed war in Angola, a country with no strategic importance to America, that killed almost 300,000 people.
Arming Muslims extremists in 1979
Soviets invaded Afghanistan in 1979. CIA immediately started to supply arms to any entity willing to fight Soviets in Afghanistan. Soviets had to leave the country. The downside – A whole bunch of crazy fanatics had the state of the art weaponry. The country still is a mess after 38 years.
The massacre by CIA trained death squads in El Salvador killed 63,000 Salvadorans from 1980 – 1992
Honduras – 1983 The CIA gives Honduran military officers the Human Resource Exploitation Training Manual – 1983, which teaches how to torture people.
1986 – Nicaragua
Nicaragua military shoots down a C-130 belonging to Southern Air Transport, a CIA front. This plane was carrying military supplies to Contras. The only survivor, Eugene Hasenfus, turned out to be a CIA employee just like the other two dead pilots.
1989 – Panama
CIA overthrows General Manuel Noriega who was on CIA payroll since 1966. He had been transporting drugs with the knowledge of CIA since 1972. His growing independence made Washington very unhappy so he had to go.
1990 – Haiti
Leftist priest Jean-Bertrand Aristide won the election by securing a 68% vote. CIA backed military removed in from the government after 8 months in power.
The Gulf War in 1991
CIA created Saddam Hussein by providing him with the latest weapons, intelligent, training and financial backing. The US-made him strong and powerful during the eight years war that started when Iraq invaded Iran in 1980. Later Saddam used the same power to invade Kuwait and that’s when the US liberates Kuwait from Iraq.
CIA failed to predict the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991 which was the primary job of CIA – Collecting and analyzing information to fight communism. The reason behind the lack of prediction – the CIA was so busy destabilizing other countries.
CIA’s use for economic espionage increased starting from 1992 following the end of the Cold war. This included the use of dirty tricks to steal technological secrets of competing foreign companies and giving them to the American companies.
1993 – Haiti
Aristide was returned to power after the removal of military dictators because Clinton had no choice but to remove him due to uncontrollable Chaos in Haiti. Aristide’s return was only possible after his acceptance of an agenda favoring the country’s ruling class.
CIA continued to destabilize many other countries during the next 25 years.

To receive the truth and the love God offers is in keeping with its teachings, “This is love for God: to obey His commands” (1 John 5:3). Conversely, to know the truth and not obey it is to face the wrath of God: “The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness” (Romans 1:18). Frankly speaking, there is no more dangerous condition for a man than to know the truth and refuse to obey it. To do so is to harden the heart and make God’s condemnation sure.
When one knows the truth and refuses to obey it, he is subject to any lie, any deception, any untruth that man can conjure up. “For although they knew God, they neither glorified Him nor gave thanks to Him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools” (Romans 1:21-22). Paul goes on in the next few verses to describe the mindset and behaviors of those who disbelieve (see Romans 1:29-31). As a result of man’s foolishness and his arrogant disdain of the things of God, “God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done” (Romans 1:28). And correspondingly, “Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them” (Romans 1:32).
There is a storm that few are prepared for, hell on earth...
The man of lawlessness in 2 Thessalonians 2:1–12 is the Antichrist who will come on the world scene at the beginning of the Day of the Lord. This Day, sometimes called the “end times,” starts after the rapture of the church in 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18 (cf. 1 Thessalonians 5:1–11). It is good to note that the Day of the Lord is not a twenty-four-hour period of time; rather, it is an extended period of time that includes the seven-year tribulation, the return of Christ to put down all rebellion against Him, the 1,000-year reign of Christ on earth, the final defeat of Satan, and the Great White Throne Judgment.
The Antichrist is given the title “man of lawlessness” because he will oppose in every way the biblical God and His law. He will be completely lawless. Daniel 7 speaks of this man as a “boastful” king who will “try to change the set times and the laws” (verses 11 and 25). He will come offering a false peace to the world and will with his charismatic personality, incredible promises, and breathtaking miracles unite all nations politically, economically, and religiously under his leadership. At the same time, he will make a covenant with Israel for three and one-half years (cf. Daniel 9:27, where “seven” indicates seven years). In the middle of the seven years, the man of lawlessness will break his covenant with Israel, stop their sacrifices (Daniel 9:27), and enter the temple to set himself up as “god” and demand worship (2 Thessalonians 2:4). This is the “abomination that causes desolation” that Jesus spoke of in Mark 13:14.
Satan works through the Antichrist, for Satan himself is not able to become incarnate. By possessing and controlling the Antichrist, Satan is worshipped in the temple where the biblical God is to be worshipped. No wonder the Antichrist is called the man of lawlessness. To act as “god” is the ultimate rejection of the biblical God’s character and laws.
This action of the Antichrist will cause an upheaval in his worldwide kingdom, and forces from the East will gather to fight against him. But instead of fighting each other, the forces of the world unite to fight the King of kings and Lord of lords, who comes to put down the man of lawlessness and his allies in the great battle of Armageddon (Revelation 16:16; 19:19). Of course, the man of lawlessness loses that battle. He and his false prophet are then cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 19:20). The Word of God (Revelation 19:13), Jesus Christ, will be the Victor.
A quick observation of the happenings in our world today reveals that lawlessness is on the rise. Such lawlessness will continue and increase (2 Timothy 3:13), and when the man of lawlessness appears on the scene, he will be welcomed with open arms. Those who have rejected the true Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ, will fall for the Antichrist’s empty promise of peace. It is vitally important that each of us is sure that we have accepted Jesus Christ as our personal Savior and are living for Him. “Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come” (Mark 13:33).
People’s hearts are troubled, their minds are in a state of confusion, the Bible tells us a time of great delusion that will come upon the people, that time has arrived, the politicians must come up with more significant and more believable lies in order to bring on the antichrist, we have entered the doorstep Tribulation.
