Edward O’Hara…

In fact the fear of death is what Satan has been using for generations to keep men in bondage. And isn’t it interesting that the fear of death is the “new normal” the globalists are depending on to make you slaves in their new world order? But, the Bible tells us in Heb.2:14 that the reason Jesus became a man with the same flesh all men have is so that all who will believe in Him will be delivered from the fear of death. So if we are going along with the globalist propaganda we are giving ourselves over to the fear of death that Jesus’ death and resurrection “taketh away” as the Hebrews writer said. By living in fear we are actually giving approval to the idea that His death and resurrection did not accomplish what Jesus said it did.

GOD & HALLOWEEN – God's HotSpot

Jesus said “I have come that ye might have life and that life more abundantly”. But, death says you can not have that life. Paul taught in 2Cor.5 that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. And that it is much more desirable to be absent from the body than here on earth in these natural bodies. And that this is “the way of escape” that Paul refers to in 1Cor.10:13. By saying this Paul showed that the fear of death has no place in the believer’s life and thinking. Because the believer has his faith strengthened by God through hearing God’s word and believing it as Rom.10:17 says. But, death says you have no way of escape. And that you must live in fear of it all your lives. A captive of satan who wants you to believe he still has it. But, he does not. Jesus defeated him and death by the power of the resurrection that has made death just a speed bump for the believer between this life on earth and the life with God in heaven after we have left these bodies.

Who are we to believe? Do we remain in the fear of death, cowering in fear wearing masks that hides us from one another, and keeping our distance so we can not touch and love and be loved, as the globalist tormentors of Satan want us to? As believers we have a job to do. And that is to “touch” as many for Christ as we can. To love as God loves us. Will we continue to do that even though the world we live in has gone mad? Or will we too succumb to the fear that is being used by these worshippers of Satan to convince you that avoiding each other is the best way to deal with the fear they are instilling in you?

Big Idea Series - The World's Gone Mad

You don’t need to, you know. Because Jesus has conquered death. It has no more sting because sin has been dealt with by the “taking away” of the law. His death Heb.9:15-17 says took away of the Old Covenant by giving power to the New Covenant. How does that remove the sting of death you might ask. It does so by removing the thing that causes sin to be imputed, the law. Paul taught that where there is no law sin is not imputed in. Rom.5:13. And that where there is no law there is no transgression. Let that sink in for a moment.

This means that by removing the law Jesus has taken away sin’s power. A power death uses to enslave men to it. Because Paul said “The strength of sin is the law” in 1Cor.15:56. Heb.10:9 says that Jesus “taketh away the first that He may establish the second” speaking of the Old Covenant and the New Covenant. So we see that Jesus’ death made possible for the Gentile “who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace”. Eph.2:13-15.

Jesus abolished the enmity that was between the Jew and Gentile, which was the law of commandments, so that it would no longer divide between Jew and Gentile so they could could now be made one new man in Christ Jesus. Having the liberty wherein Christ has set us free. This is not the joining of the Gentiles to the Jewish people in their covenant. It is both Jew and Gentile being joined with Christ in a covenant that is new to both Jew and Gentile. This is also why Paul said the Israelite must be dead to the law to be joined with Christ in Rom.7:4. And that he could not live being joined with both covenants or he would be an “adulteress”. He would be the “wretched man” Paul speaks of in Rom.7:9-24. A man that has yet to be delivered from the law of sin and death by the Spirit of life that is in Christ Jesus. Rom.8:2.

Isaiah 41:10 | The Name of the LORD is a Strong Tower

But, when we are delivered, the Jew from the law of sin and death, and the Gentile from his idols, to be joined with Christ, we are delivered from the fear of death that all our lives held us in bondage. Will you be free from the fear of death? Will you trust in Jesus so that you can have the abundant life He came to give you? Which is eternal life. Paul says all that you have to do is confess Jesus is Lord and believe that He has raised from the dead to conquer death for you so that you will not need to fear it anymore. If you will then pray with me now.

Dear Jesus, thank you for joining with me in death. Thank you for conquering death by your resurrection. And thank you for saving me from the power of death. Thank you that I no longer need to live in fear of it. Thank you for giving me eternal life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

If you prayed with me and really meant it from your heart then you have eternal life and no longer need to live in the fear of death. You can rejoice in your new life and I rejoice with you. The angels of heaven are rejoicing with us. God bless you in your new life and keep coming back here to learn all that He has done for you in salvation. In delivering you from the fear of death.
