A major in the Marine Corps reserves took an opportunity during a Dec. 3 meeting to warn the Board of Supervisors of Fairfax County about trouble on the horizon.
Ben-Joseph Woods spoke about his time in the military, his federal law enforcement career and his fears about where politicians are taking Virginia.
“I work plainclothes law enforcement,” Woods said. “I walk around without a uniform, people don’t see my badge, people don’t see my gun, and I can tell you: People are angry.”
Woods said that the situation in Virginia is becoming so dangerous that he is close to moving his own wife and unborn child out of the state.
The reason is because my fellow law enforcement officers I’ve heard on more than one occasion tell me they would not enforce these bills regardless of whether they believe in them ideologically,” Woods said, “because they believe that there are so many people angry — in gun shops, gun shows, at bars we’ve heard it now — people talking about tarring and feathering politicians in a less-than-joking manner.”
As Woods mentioned politicians themselves could very well be in danger because of their decisions, several rebel yells broke out as the crowd cheered him on.

On roads entering the state of Virginia from neighboring states that have very high gun ownership, such as Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina, and 2) Main roads (highways and interstates) that enter the pro-2A counties which have declared themselves to be Second Amendment sanctuaries. With over 90 counties now recognizing some sort of pro-2A sanctuary status, virtually the entire State of Virginia will be considered “enemy territory” by the tyrants in Richmond who are trying to pull off this insidious scheme.
As the map shows below, every green county has passed a pro-2A resolution of one kind or another. As you can see, nearly the entire state is pro-2A, completely surrounding the Democrat tyrants who run the capital of Richmond.
The purpose of the roadblocks, to repeat, has nothing to do with public safety or enforcing any law. It’s all being set up to spark a violent uprising against the Virginia Democrats and whatever law enforcement goons are willing to go along with their unconstitutional demands to violate the fundamental civil rights of Virginian citizens. Over 90 Virginian counties, cities and municipalities have so far declared themselves to be pro-2A regions, meaning they will not comply with the gun confiscation tyranny of Gov. Northam and his Democrat lackeys.
Democrats in Virginia have threatened to activate the National Guard to attack pro-2A “terrorists,” and a recent statement from the Guard unit in Virginia confirms that the Guard has no intention to resist Gov. Northam’s outrageous orders, even if they are illegal or unconstitutional. One county in Virginia — Tazewell — has already activated its own militia in response. As reported by FirearmsNews.com:

Tom Lester: … the purpose of the militia is not just to protect the county from domestic danger, but also protect the county from any sort of tyrannical actions from the Federal government. Our constitution is designed to allow them to use an armed militia as needed. If the (Federal) government takes those arms away, it prevents the county from fulfilling their constitutional duties.

Virginia Activates Official Militia After Gun Confiscation Threats
Our elected officials have turned on the American people, disarming the masses is the beginning of the end for freedom.
As Virginia lawmakers prepare to pass a draconian gun control bill that would make most guns in the state illegal, Tazewell County has formed an official active militia as per the Second Amendment to the Constitution.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
To all of those who like to mock gun owners and ask if they’re going to fight tyranny in a militia, Virginia’s answer is a clear and adamant “yes.” That’s exactly what they’re planning to do.
Virginia’s Democratic leadership seems oblivious to this revolution brewing in their own state.
As Woods and many others see the writing on the wall, Governor Ralph Northam and his allies continue to push their own unconstitutional anti-gun agenda, inching the commonwealth closer and closer to a dire crisis.
A Quick Recap of What’s Happened So Far
Here’s a little bit of background on the proposed weapons ban from my last article.
After the most recent election, the state’s House and Senate are both Democrat majorities and they haven’t wasted a moment in attempting to gut the gun laws in what has historically been a permissive state.
The so-called “assault weapon ban” is SB16 and has that perilously vague wording we all know to be incredibly dangerous. In some interpretations, this law, if it passes, could make illegal the ownership or transportation of any semi-automatic gun because extendable magazines are available for it – and you don’t even have to have the extendable mags. The Washington Post editorial board pronounced Friday that Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam has miraculously come “back from the political dead.”
Northam, according to the Post, has fully redeemed himself only ten months after supporting legislation that would allow a woman to terminate her baby’s life after he or she is delivered, and following the discovery, he appeared in blackface in his medical school yearbook photo.
The editors at the Post simply sidestepped any mention of the infanticide scandal and focused purely on what was of importance to them – that Northam has managed to defy all odds by recovering from “racist conduct.”
The paper determined the Democrat governor has apparently apologized sufficiently and engaged in enough acts of “racial equity,” “diversity,” and “inclusion” to cancel all the calls for his resignation – including the one from the Post itself.

In February, the editors had cast Northam aside for good, deciding his “racist conduct” was unforgivable.
“What’s done cannot be undone,” the editorial board pronounced. “He must go.”
Now, however, the Post describes with the greatest of empathy the turmoil Northam endured in making a “comeback” that was “hard-earned”:
Throughout, Mr. Northam, a self-effacing pediatric neurologist, has expressed remorse and projected what many Virginians regard as genuine humility. “I’ve had to confront some painful truths,” he said in August at an event commemorating the arrival 400 years ago of the first African slaves in North America, where Hampton, Va., is today. “Among those truths was my own incomplete understanding involving race and equity.”
In a tweet linking to the editorial highlighting Northam’s “redemption,” Post political columnist Karen Tumulty confessed both she and her paper “were wrong” in their earlier verdict that Northam “must go”:

The Washington Examiner reports that “15 towns and cities” in Virginia have also made the declaration. This brings the total number of Second Amendment Sanctuaries to more than 100.
Early Tuesday Breitbart News reported that Virginia was hovering around 100 Second Amendment Sanctuary declarations. That night, Stafford County adopted a Second Amendment Sanctuary declaration, taking the state across the 100-resolution threshold.

On December 12, Breitbart News reported Gov. Ralph Northam vowing “consequences” for counties that refuse to enforce gun control. During the same time-frame, Rep. Donald McEachin (D-VA) suggested Northam may want to send in the National Guard to compel compliance with various laws.
The Washington Examiner quoted McEachin saying, “I’m not the governor, but the governor may have to nationalize the National Guard to enforce the law. That’s his call because I don’t know how serious these counties are and how severe the violations of law will be. But that’s obviously an option he has.” Source
Counties across the state quickly organized into Second Amendment sanctuaries – as of Dec. 16, 89 counties, cities, or municipalities have passed “sanctuary” resolutions and 6 have passed resolutions to protect the Second Amendment rights of citizens, but refuse to use the word “sanctuary.” Other locations are still debating their stances. –SOURCE

Is this in response to the Virginia crisis?
You may recall that citizens of Virginia have become outraged recently by new laws that are likely to pass this month, effectively banning all semi-automatic weapons. Sanctuary counties, cities, and municipalities now cover all but the most urban parts of the state. These sanctuaries have vowed to support the Second Amendment and are refusing to enforce unconstitutional gun laws.
In response, a member of the state congress suggested that Governor Northam could call up the National Guard to disarm residents of Virginia despite the wishes of local governments. In response to that, at least one county has formed a militia and others are expected to spring up. The state’s Attorney General says that these sanctuaries carry no legal weight.
Despite the AG’s opinion and threats from the state government, Virginians appear to have no plans to give up their guns or register them. Many members of law enforcement entities and the National Guard have said that they will not act on unconstitutional orders.
One has to wonder if this is why the UN is hiring “disarmament officers?”

Ever since the 1920s, each new socialist response to a manufactured crisis has brought new crises, which then have been used as the excuse for new socialist and interventionist programs. In order to understand HOW these crises are used to mold public opinion and WHY there seems to be so many lately, you must understand the Hegelian dialectic.
First a problem is created and designed to elicit a certain reaction from the public.
Then the people demand something be done about the problem and
willingly accept the pre-planned New World Order solution; a solution that always involves actions or legislation that never would have passed under normal circumstances.
Here is the thing, the Virginia militia know the Virginia government is not going to stop. The governor is hell bent on making this gun confiscation and civil war happen. He will use the UN troops to do his plan so I wonder if the militia is thinking, why give the Virginia government the time they need to get organized so they can do this tyrannical action better?
