HNewsWire: Joining the state of Colorado, California has recently passed new legislation that will allow water companies and treatment facilities to repurpose the water into drinkable tap water. The rule change was announced yesterday. California has been doing this process for decades but used the repurposed water for farming, and has been used in some instances to make snow for resorts.
