Edward O’Hara Wed 1/15/2020 9:43 AM Since the Bible says that God was in Christ not holding men’s trespasses against them (2Cor.5:19), what does it mean to be saved? Saved from what? I mean, if Paul’s doctrine shows that the paradigm that calls for a person to admit they are bad and need Jesus to make them good enough for God to accept them, that the harlot RCC and her daughter evangelical protestants teach isn’t true, then what is? Let’s appeal to Paul’s doctrine for the answer to this all-important question. In Rom.7 Paul asks the question that hits at the heart of man’s need for salvation saying, “O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?” Do you know why Paul refers to the body in this way?
