Accomplished We Are Delivered From Sin to Righteousness. and From Wrath to Peace With God… Salvation is first and foremost from death to life. Eternal life. And when this is accomplished we are delivered from sin to righteousness. And from wrath to peace with God. Salvation is therefore primarily deliverance from mortality to immortality. A feat that Jesus accomplished first for Himself, and then for us by the cross. For it was by the cross and His subsequent resurrection that he first had His flesh changed from mortal to immortal.  From corruptible to incorruptible. So that we too could have our flesh changed to be immortal like His.  Yes, His flesh was changed just like ours must be.
