Universal Human Rights Versus Commercialized Forced Organ Harvesting.

On December 10, 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights at the Palais de Chaillot in Paris was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly. The Universal Declaration was a consideration of people’s desire to learn from the horrors of the Second World War, and an assurance to never allow such horrors to happen again. By defining the fundamental rights of all people, the Universal Declaration embodies a commitment to prevent actions that endanger humanity and erode the dignity of human life.
