While he has (of course) denied the allegations, three former employees of his former company Digital Entertainment Network won a $4.5 million default judgement against Pierce and his co-founders after they failed to respond to allegations of rape, assault, and death threats. The accusations included rape of a 15-year-old child.

Three former workers of his former firm, Digital Entertainment Network, obtained a $4.5 million default judgement against Pierce and his co-founders after they neglected to address accusations of rape, assault, and death threats, despite the fact that he has (of course) rejected the charges. A 15-year-old child was allegedly raped.
Marc Collins-Rector, Pierce’s close friend and co-founder, has been charged with child molestation and child pornography on multiple occasions. Collins-Rector, Pierce, and another associate left the country and arrived in Spain following his indictment in 2000. In 2002, Interpol detained all three of them.
Pierce has been connected to the heinous atrocities committed by pedophiles in addition to being a business associate of Jeffrey Epstein. An email from Pierce telling Epstein that “a boat in Antigua full of amazing Ukraine’s finest” was waiting for him is among the documents made public by the Justice Department.
