The knowledge that is true allows problems to be solved and avoided. If a car breaks down, mechanical knowledge is useful, otherwise, it is unnecessary. It is the same with all of life’s problems. God gives us the knowledge to help “fix” broken people, protect ourselves from the difficulties of life, and allow love to express itself in good works. In order to dial down the rhetoric, one must have a working moral thermostat. That the Democrats or Republicans do not have. What they have is venomous anger stemming from Obama and Donald Trump’s theft of their so-called inheritance. Wisdom and knowledge, both recurring themes in the Bible, are related but not synonymous. The dictionary defines wisdom as “the ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting.” Knowledge, on the other hand, is “information gained through experience, reasoning, or acquaintance.”
