Quebec Canada Announces “Significant” Financial Penalty for Unvaccinated Citizens.

Quebec has declared that unvaccinated people will have to pay an additional “health contribution,” making it the first province in Canada to penalize anyone who refuse to be vaccinated.

Premier François Legault made the decision at a news conference on Tuesday, a day after Horacio Arruda, the province’s head of public health, resigned, citing a loss of public trust in health-protection measures as the reason for his departure.

Legault said the penalty would be more than $50 or $100 when asked if it would be in that range. The sum has yet to be determined, but he expects it to be “significant.”

The premier said he was in negotiations with the finance minister because the penalty would most likely have to be paid each year when Quebecers file their taxes. People who do not have access to private insurance must pay a yearly health contribution, and the new tax would work in the same way, he said. Those who qualify for a medical exemption will be exempt from the tax.

“I think right now it’s a question of fairness for the 90 percent of the population who made some sacrifices,” Legault said. “I think we owe them this kind of measure.” (Laughable, because my God given rights deem your tyrannical measures irrelevant. That goes for every human undergoing persecution for exercising your right to medical autonomy.)

The declaration comes a day after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke with premiers about the pandemic response.

The call’s transcript did not include vaccination mandates, but New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs told CBC afterward that “I think it’s something that will get further discussion in New Brunswick, and probably across the country.”

On January 7, federal Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos brought up the issue of mandatory immunization for all Canadians. Although health is a state responsibility, the federal government assists in the procurement of vaccines, the distribution of test kits, and the influence of provincial policy through financial incentives.

The pandemic and the emergence of the Omicron form have put a burden on Quebec’s health-care system, but the problem has been present for some time. Hospitals have been overburdened in the past due to flu epidemics in 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016.

On the 10th of January, Quebec reported 433 additional COVID hospitalizations, with 290 (67%) of the cases being fully vaccinated. According to Santé Québec, the completely vaccinated accounted for 65.5 percent of hospitalizations over a 28-day period. In terms of ICU admissions, 17 out of 32 were fully vaccinated, accounting for 52.8 percent of the case load throughout the course of 28 days. Eighty percent of COVID-19 cases recorded in the last 28 days were in fully vaccinated people.

As of Jan. 11, 82 percent of Quebecers had obtained all of their vaccinations, and over 85 percent had received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Quebec, like many other jurisdictions such as Ontario and other U.S. states, has recently realized that a significant percentage of instances classified as COVID-19 admissions are really tested positive while being treated for something else, such as childbirth. According to Arruda, at least 30 to 40 percent of patients in Quebec are affected.

On Jan. 10, the province reported 62 new COVID-19 deaths. According to government data, 97.8% of COVID deaths in Quebec were caused by a prior medical condition, with 93 percent having two or more.

Canada has not truly fallen to tyranny, seeing as how there are plenty of Canadians who saw this tyranny coming from a mile away. But you can, however expect that there is a force that has already identified itself through various organizations with a keen intent on introducing a global government manufactured and predicted by biblical prophecy. On Jan. 5, Chinese President Xi Jinping issued the regime’s military with mobilization directives, saying it must evolve into an elite force capable of winning any war.

According to state-run news agency Xinhua, the order stated, “The armed forces must closely follow the evolution of technology, warfare, and rivals, redouble their efforts to better combine training with combat operations, and strengthen systematic training and the use of technologies to develop an elite force that is capable of fighting and winning wars,”

Since 2018, Xi, who serves as both the general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party and the chairman of the Central Military Commission, has issued annual mobilization orders. The directives set the military’s priorities for the following year and begin military-wide training.

The commands come as the CCP adopts a more belligerent approach to foreign relations, which coincides with deteriorating relations between the dictatorship and the rest of the world.

Xi has conducted major reforms across the entire Chinese society since taking office in 2012, including a massive restructuring of the military that began in 2015.

Xi has tried to dramatically strengthen his personal influence over military leadership in the interim, promoting at least 58 generals loyal to him and supportive of his reforms.

The technology-focused mobilization order comes after the CCP signed a joint declaration with the other UN Security Council members earlier this week. The regime’s leadership stated in it that the spread of nuclear weapons must be stopped.

However, a Chinese official stated shortly after the declaration that the regime would continue to develop its nuclear arsenal and would not make any concessions until the US and Russia had fewer nuclear weapons than it did.

The US has been increasingly concerned about China’s growing military capabilities.

The US military unveiled new software in December to help predict how its actions could enrage China’s communist regime. The software was branded a “appeasement app” by some critics since it’s just evaluating the demands of the CCP.

New Russian assault helicopter bids, an increasing fleet, a record number of Chinese military aircraft incursions into Taiwan’s air defense identification zone, Taiwan invasion scenarios, and a hypersonic weapon test in July are among the various arising concerns regarding China’s military activity.

In response, the Pentagon stated its next national security strategy would emphasize global alliances and partnerships while dealing with China as a “pacing challenge.”

A pacing challenge is one way to describe the government getting an elite force ready for war. Or you could say that China is aiming to bolster its military forces in preparation to conquer whoever is in their way of survival. Because that’s the reality of the situation, they want to win any conflict just like we do. With that being said, you can surely expect the Biden administration to fumble our military preparedness as a whole. Senseless administrative discharges being held over the heads of unvaccinated service members that have declared their will to protect American citizens from threats foreign or domestic is a heinous act. All things will come to light with time, and these injustices will be brought forward. If they don’t do time behind bars, they’ll be spending all their time in hell.
