A recent move by Judge Tanya Chutkan suggests that the former president's trial on January 6th may be postponed.

Two former prosecutors claim that the federal judge presiding over the trial of former President Donald Trump, which is scheduled to start on January 6, may have given a hint that the trial will be delayed by arranging a fresh case just a few weeks later.

The commencement date of Anthony Mastanduno's purported Jan. 6, 2021, case was set by U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan of Washington on April 2. This is merely about three and a half weeks after she first set the trial date for the former president for March 4.

On December 13, 2023, the court put a stop to all further developments in the lawsuit against President Trump while the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals deliberates over whether the former president is exempt from prosecution in the matter. Judge Chutkan delivered a blow to special counsel Jack Smith, who brought the accusations against the former president, when he hinted earlier this month that his trial date may be rescheduled.

Interesting. Maybe she's just thinking about doing the right thing, or maybe she's hedging her bets? Either way, as more and more facts come to light, it appears that this election meddling is coming to an end. Why not postpone and let these fraudulent prosecutions cloud the entire election process if they can't be completed immediately? Re-electing President Trump is the only way to put an end to this.
