SRH: There is no one in the Bible who was a power for God who did not have enemies and was not despised. The world has been thrown into anarchy. People who continue to get their news from Facebook, Google, Twitter, FOX Or MSM have made a decision. and keep poking God in the eye. They do not deserve to know the truth. As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly. If you are still defending Trump then I’ll say this as nicely as I can: you oughta look into residency at the Arkham Asylum with the Joker himself. If you are new here, we have been debunking *some* of the nonsense and delusion surrounding Trump. I am not going to get into it all here: feel free to peruse our reports, but I’ll…

HNewsWire:

Former federal prosecutor Francey Hakes told Newsmax that it was "utterly outrageous" that Harrison Floyd, a co-defendant in the Fulton County, Georgia, case, was still imprisoned.

On Friday's "The Record With Greta Van Susteren," Hakes reacted to revelations about Floyd, a black outreach director for former President Donald Trump during the 2020 race.

Floyd appeared before Fulton County Superior Court Judge Emily K. Richardson on Friday, filling in for Judge Scott F. McAfee, who is presently on vacation, according to CNN.

While Floyd will eventually have to wait for McAfee's return, Richardson concluded that releasing him on bail would put him at risk of fleeing and committing offenses. He was also refused the services of a public defender.

"Superior court judges, like Judge McAfee, don't hear bonds," Hakes, who has worked in the state's legal system for many years, noted. "It is the duty of a magistrate judge." The judge is not even required to serve time in prison. The defendants are not even required to be brought over."

One has to wonder if he is being treated unfairly because he is a black man who supports Trump. That means, in Biden's world, "he ain't black."

Thugs who have committed crime after crime are released without bond every time they appear before a Soros judge. Now, 18 conservative, well-known, and respected persons are being forced to pay a bond in order to avoid jail cells. President Trump is arguably the most well-known person in the world, and the communist Democrats couldn't pass up the opportunity to smear Americans with this heinous deed. All of these traitors must be held up as an example of what the legal system should not look like.

One of former President Donald Trump's co-defendants in the Georgia election fraud case remained in jail Friday, after Trump and the other 17 people charged in the case reported to jail and paid bond.

According to court records, defendant Harrison Floyd, the former leader of Black Voices for Trump, was scheduled to appear in court on Friday. However, Judge Scott McAfee informed reporters that he would not be appearing.

The judge later stated that court documents contained "misinformation" about Mr. Floyd's case, although he did not clarify. "Mr. Floyd is entitled to a first appearance; one will not be happening today here," Mr. McAfee told reporters.

According to court records, all of the other defendants in the case, including President Trump and former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, have been released after posting bond.

Mr. Floyd is accused in the Fulton County case with conspiracy to solicit false statements, manipulating witnesses, and racketeering. Prosecutors said he tried to coerce a local Georgia election worker into confessing election-related offenses during the 2020 election.

According to campaign records, Black Voices for Trump, like other groups that target specific voters such as Latinos for Trump and Evangelicals for Trump, was an official element of the Trump campaign. The group's preserved website stated that it was "paid for by Donald J. Trump for President, Inc," according to Reuters.

According to his LinkedIn page, he also served in the United States Marine Corps for nearly 11 years, finishing in 2014, including stints as a machine gunner, martial arts trainer, and information operations planner.
