At its March 28 investor event, Moderna claimed progress on several mRNA-based vaccines and treatment candidates in its “pipeline.”

Three vaccines targeting Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), Varicella-zoster virus (VZV, chickenpox, and shingles), and Norovirus are in “pivotal late-stage development,” the company stated.

Moderna said the FDA will likely approve its older adults’ respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine, mRNA-1345. Moderna’s infectious illness vaccines are estimated to generate $52 billion.

“We continue to explore the application of mRNA in the potential treatment of cardiovascular and other ischemic vascular diseases,” Moderna’s therapeutic product plans read.

The business is creating cancer and autoimmune mRNA treatments.

Some scientists and doctors worry about existing and novel mRNA formulations due to the well-documented and often serious adverse reactions to COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations.

Their products create ailments, thus they wonder if Moderna is profiting from sickness treatments.

Blocking immune system ‘foot soldiers’

Brian Hooker, Ph.D., chief scientific officer at Children’s Health Defense, says synthetic-modified RNA (modRNA) in cells lowers innate immunity that guards against latent viruses and new infections.

Hooker told The Defender that microRNAs decrease cellular interferon, which is crucial for viral infection defense and tumor suppression.

Hooker cited the June 2022 publication by Stephanie Seneff, Ph.D., Dr. Peter McCullough, and others on mRNA vaccine-induced innate immune suppression.

The scientists hypothesized that vaccine-induced interferon suppression disables CD8+ T cells, the immune system’s foot soldiers, allowing dormant viruses to reactivate and cause shingles, the “adult” form of chickenpox, in VZV.

A 2021 study found 54 incidences of shingles 7 days after COVID-19 vaccination. A 2022 study revealed 10 herpes zoster reactivations one to three weeks following COVID-19 vaccination.

However, both articles stated that they could not prove a vaccine-symptom relationship.

In “La Science face au Pouvoir: Ce que révèle la crise Covid-19 sur la biopolitique du XXIe siècle” (“Science versus Power: What the Covid-19 crisis reveals about 21st-century biopolitics”), French scientist Hélène Banoun, Ph.D., wrote that the disorganization of the innate immune system and its receptors reactivates latent viruses like herpes, shingles, HPV, and RSV.

Banoun says many EBV/VZV carriers are healthy and asymptomatic.

“These viruses, as well as other viruses or bacteria—such as the Koch bacillus responsible for tuberculosis—can remain dormant throughout life or be reactivated during immunosuppression,” Banoun told The Defender.

Banoun also noted leprosy reactions after mRNA injections in many places. “Despite the sophistication of mRNA vaccines, some side effects apparently reactivate diseases thought to be extinct,” she said.

Numerous case studies (here, here, and here) link COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations to EBV-related symptoms and antibodies.

After receiving Pfizer’s COVID-19 shot for the second time, combat veteran and Ironman athlete Matthew Matlock self-reported EBV reactivation, cardiac and mast cell disease, and other issues at the FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee meeting in April 2022.

Moderna is developing two EBV vaccines: mRNA-1189 for prophylaxis and mRNA-1195 for long-term consequences, such as multiple sclerosis and lymphoma in solid organ transplant patients.

An EBV vaccination trial by Moderna was halted last year due to myocarditis.

Chronic active EBV, EBV-associated malignancies, anemia, spleen rupture, thrombocytopenia, hepatitis, myocarditis, and nervous system illnesses such encephalitis, meningitis, and Guillain-Barré syndrome are not mentioned in Moderna.

EBV vaccinations might generate billions, according to Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel.

Autoimmune disorders, turbocarcinomas

Anti-spike IgG4 (immunoglobin subtype 4) “takes over from other IgG after repeated vaccinations” and increases PD-L1, which prevents T cells from attacking and killing cancer cells, according to Banoun.

Immune cells create IgG4 antibodies after illnesses or vaccines. While anti-inflammatory, it can bind to the same sites as other antibodies, inhibiting their efficacy.

Overexpression of IgG4 can induce IgG4-related illness, a chronic inflammatory syndrome with lesions that can disrupt organ function and kill.

A 2023 study found that repeated vaccinations may induce immunological tolerance to the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, rendering mRNA vaccines ineffective.

Mikolaj Raszek, Ph.D., founder and director of Merogenomics and genomics sequencing specialist, tweeted about a January 2024 Viruses article demonstrating aberrant IgG4 antibodies in nearly all mRNA-vaccinated people:

They propose that too much antigen leads to T cell depletion, which may be linked to autoimmunity.

“More and more scientists are wary of these IgG4 antibodies that are found in almost all mRNA-vaccinated people.”

According to the Viruses page, excessive serum IgG4 levels can cause autoimmune diseases, cancer, and other maladies.

The vaccines’ long-lasting spike protein may desensitize CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and exhaust the immune system, they theorized.

They wrote that repeated vaccinations may induce immunological tolerance, explaining the high frequency of deaths in vaccinated patients who received a third dosage compared to unprotected people in various European countries.

In their research, Seneff and McCullough connected vaccine-induced immunosuppression to neurological illnesses, myocarditis, immune thrombocytopenia, Bell’s palsy, liver disease, cancer, and other impairments

Geert Vanden Bossche, Ph.D., warned that vaccine-induced IgG4 elevation could cause turbocancer. Many doctors have seen quickly progressing tumors in younger patients that are Stage 3 or 4 when diagnosed.

Banoun claimed Moderna only made cancer-fighting mRNA vaccines until a few years ago. “We are witnessing an increase in cancer incidence, certainly due to anti-COVID RNAs,” she stated.

Moderna is developing mRNA-6981 to boost PD-L1 levels to prevent autoimmune hepatitis by restricting immune system self-reactivity, Banoun added.

As said, increased PD-L1 can inhibit the immune system’s cancer-fighting abilities.

This medication is a double-edged sword since it is not specific and may induce immunotolerance to infections and malignancies, Banoun added. Then Moderna can design other mRNAs against caused tumors.

Moderna’s pipeline also includes mRNA-4157 for melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), mRNA-5671 for NSCLC, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers, mRNA-4359 to “stimulate effector T cells that target and kill suppressive immune and cancer cells that express high levels of target checkpoint antigens,” and mRNA-2752 for direct tumor and lymphoma injection.

Moderna is researching multiple mRNA therapies that “have the potential to help the millions of patients battling autoimmune diseases.”

Many disorders can be caused by SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.

Moderna may also be treating SARS-CoV-2 spike protein disorders.

There is strong evidence that the virus was modified to be more virulent to humans.

This 2022 investigation of COVID-19-infected persons reported higher EBV-related, herpes virus 6A, and human endogenous retrovirus K antibodies.

The mRNA vaccines may cause “long COVID” symptoms like difficulty breathing, chest pain, heart palpitations, fatigue, brain fog, sleep problems, dizziness, pins-and-needles feelings, post-exercise malaise, a change in smell or taste, depression or anxiety, stomach pain or diarrhea, joint or muscle pain, rashes, and menstrual cycle changes.

The CDC website says these symptoms are comparable to chronic fatigue syndrome, also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis.

Dr. Michelle Perro, integrative medicine pediatrician and GMO Science executive director, told The Defender that “the production of mRNA vaccines, which are problematic from the experience with COVID, is faulty at best” because long-term COVID may worsen chronic infections.

“These vaccines were in the pipeline before COVID and got a pass with the EUA to unleash the technology,” Perro said.

“There is nothing good about using this process [mRNA] in ‘vaccine’ development,” she stated. “This technology should be abandoned immediately until more data is available.”

Moderna is currently promoting long-term COVID vaccination.

Hello shingles! Existing immunizations may make you sick.

Reemergence of viruses like chickenpox may not be due to mRNA injections. Jennifer Margulis explored the chickenpox vaccine and shingles in her March 29 Substack piece.

Chickenpox caused “only 100 deaths each year out of nearly 4 million cases,” she noted, before the 1995 childhood vaccination schedule.

Margulis wondered why a vaccination was needed for a mild disease if the planned shots were meant to prevent catastrophic diseases. Fewer than one-third of European countries propose universal kid immunization.

Margulis noted that the chickenpox vaccine can cause meningitis, encephalitis, and mortality, citing a 2022 study. These side effects include thrombocytopenia, pneumonia, severe rashes, skin infections, and convulsions.

Margulis said that widespread vaccination efforts had weakened adults’ inherent immunity, which they had previously enjoyed as children.

Moderna also has HIV, RSV-HPV, pediatric RSV, pandemic flu, cytomegalovirus, and endemic HCoV vaccines, as well as Lyme disease, Zika, Nipah, and Mpox vaccines, a relaxin-promoting therapy, and a COVID-19-flu shot.

Yahoo Finance stated that Blackstone Life Sciences will invest $750 million in Moderna’s flu vaccine for milestone payments and royalties.

After the announcements, Moderna’s stock value jumped 3% to $111 per share, bringing the 2024 increase to 11.2% as of March 28, significantly above the sector average.

Moderna shares are still significantly below the $450 price they reached in mid-2021 during the COVID-19 vaccination rollout.
