A federal judge says that the 2019 grand jury records for Jeffrey Epstein must be made public.
On Wednesday, a federal court in New York ordered the release of grand jury records from the 2019 federal investigation and prosecution against Jeffrey Epstein, a sex offender who died. This came weeks after Congress passed a law demanding the release of those information.
In two other instances, federal judges have already ordered the release of documents pertaining to Ghislaine Maxwell, a former Epstein accomplice, and a previous prosecution against Epstein that was launched against him in Florida in the mid-2000s.
The 2019 investigation resulted to Epstein being charged with sex trafficking before he was arrested and put in jail in New York City. The New York City Medical Examiner’s office said he killed himself by hanging in his cell in August 2019.
Amazing how they now order the unsealing of records that weren’t.
Well, the U.S. attorney for New York should have had exclusive control over the grand jury records, making it unlikely any of the contents were scoured, hidden, or destroyed.

I am far more likely to provide credence to the NY grand jury records than the Epstein-related records handled by the GW Bush, Obama, Biden, and Trump administration DOJs. The DOJ has been heavily politicized for a long time. If pedophiles apart from Jeffrey Epstein himself were engaging in illegal sex acts with minors at Epstein’s properties, it is very likely both Democrats and Republicans were involved, creating a compelling incentive for the presidential administrations of both major political parties to bury the investigation of Epstein’s sex ring with zero indictments.
