Police took 39-year-old Joshua Freyermuth into custody; he presents himself as “Vicky,” a “transgender woman.” The assailant was apprehended by authorities in Alliance while attempting to kidnap the boy. He was adorned with a blonde wig, cosmetics, and pearls. On Sunday, under the 2200 block of Route 62 in Columbiana County, Freyermuth was apprehended.
