Is that statement really true? I mean, does this statement line up with what the Bible says? The answer is a resounding NO!! It does not agree with the Biblical narrative. But, is instead an example of the hypocritical righteousness of the Pharisees. A PROVIDENTIAL MEETING

Edward O’Hara Mon 3/16/2020 1:38 PM… I had a visit today that was completely unexpected. The car came driving up to my house with 3 people in it that I had never seen before. But, I knew exactly who they were before they introduced themselves. I immediately began to pray that God would give me the words to say that would be specifically what these people needed to hear. Words of restoration, reconciliation, and healing. And not of condemnation. The man that got out of the car had the customary booklet from the organization he represented in his hands. Ready to hand it to me as soon as he was close enough to do so. Hmm, I wondered. Do they get points for each one they hand out? But, I digress. “They That Are In The Flesh Can Not Please God” Rom.8

Edward O’Hara Wed 1/29/2020 5:01 PM Is Paul telling us this so that we will know that the flesh is evil? Is this verse telling us that because the flesh is evil man must be punished with death because it makes him the enemy of God and that this is why men go to hell? Ummm…. not so much. Because first of all not only do we not see those words being used in Rom.8 or elsewhere. But, secondly when Paul tells us things like this, and things like the carnal mind is at enmity with God in Rom.8:7, he is referring to the mind that was made by God.
