On March 2, President Joe Biden’s administration revealed a reworked COVID-19 strategy, which he claims will enable the country return to “a more regular routine.” The 90-page National COVID-19 Preparedness Plan aims to keep schools and businesses open while reducing severe sickness. It includes a “test to treat” scheme, in which persons who test positive for the virus are given antiviral medications at pharmacies.
