Texas AG Paxton Suggests ‘Rule of Law Means Nothing’ to Judge McAfee

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton lambasted the ruling and suggested that Judge Scott McAfee allowed the rule of law to “go by the wayside.”

“Today, the rule of law is completely going by the wayside and I think it really started under President Obama, and we’ve just moved to this place where now judges – and I deal with this, I know President Trump deals with this … the rule of law means nothing,” he told Blaze TV host Glenn Beck.

“They look at things politically, and they want a certain result, which is get rid of him so that he cannot be president—because they don’t feel like even with some potential voter fraud out there that they can beat him. And so, they are willing to ignore normal rules of procedure, normal rules of conflict, normal rule of law, to say the result matters here, let’s just keep on going.”

In DC, a Pro-Hamas Mob Fights With Police

HNewsWire Update  11/16/23

An angry anti-Israel riot broke out in front of the DNC offices in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday night. Pro-Palestinian protesters were pushed off the front of the building by cops in a video that you can watch below. A lot of people were caught. If you want to know what's going on in the world and in our country, read my book "Culture Jihad."

At the moment, our police are trying to keep back about 150 people who are protesting illegally and violently near Canal Street and Ivy Street, SE. Police are arresting people. Everyone has been taken out of the area. Capital Police said in a statement, "Please stay away from the area."

UPDATE: All House office buildings are locked down because of the rising violence, according to the US Capitol Police. There are also Democratic politicians who are stuck inside the DNC building.

"Just got kicked out of the #DNC because anti-Israel and pro-terrorist protesters turned rowdy and tried to break in by pepper spraying police officers. On Twitter, Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) said, "Thankful to the police officers who stopped them and helped me and my coworkers get out safely."

Watchman Monitors Lawlessness: When a Society Ignores the Law, Lawlessness and Disorder Follow. The Cause of the Uproar “In Those Days, Israel Had No King; Everyone Did as They Saw Fit” (Judges 21:25). We Notice This in America Today

Lawlessness is contrasted with righteousness in verses such as Romans 6:192 Corinthians 6:14, and Hebrews 1:9. The righteous, who have the nature of Jesus Christ, hate the deeds of lawlessness. Lot, a godly man living in Sodom, “was tormented in his righteous soul by the lawless deeds he saw and heard” (2 Peter 2:8). The psalmist said, “I abhor the assembly of evildoers and refuse to sit with the wicked” (Psalm 26:5). Christians are to be law-abiding (1 Peter 4:15).

When a society ignores the law, lawlessness is the result, and chaos ensues. The time of the judges after Joshua’s death was marked by upheaval, oppression, and general disorder. The biblical historian puts his finger on the reason for the tumult: “In those days Israel had no king; everyone did as they saw fit” (Judges 21:25).

HNewsWire Update 11/12/23

A gang of black thugs stopped traffic on a busy roadway in Memphis and robbed a FedEx driver.

KWAM News Radio AM 990 Memphis obtained video of the attack as it happened. The video, which you can watch below, shows a number of thugs stealing packages from the back of the FedEx truck.

The driver was at the intersection of Riverport Road and West Mallory Avenue when suddenly multiple drivers blocked the intersection.

Thugs then broke the safety latch on the back of the truck and then all you-know-what broke loose. The robbers scattered before police could make any arrests.

However, early Sunday morning police detained three men at an apartment complex. The men admitted they had taken items from the truck.

Among the recovered items were four kicker speakers, one headlight, a 14-piece pot and pan set and three direct cable television boxes.

Memphis has been controlled by Democrats for generations and most recently, by radical progressives. They refuse to address the crime issue and as a result the city has been turned into a war zone.

District Attorney Steve Mulroy campaigned on a soft-on-crime platform and now the voters are getting what they voted for.

FedEx truck

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Three men have been detained after a multiple people stole from a FedEx semi-trailer on Saturday night, according to Memphis Police Department (MPD) reports.

On Nov. 11., a truck driver reported a theft from a semi-trailer at Riverport Road and West Mallory Avenue just after 8:30 p.m., reports show.

Memphis Police arrived on the scene and saw multiple vehicles speeding and driving recklessly away from the scene, police said.

According to MPD, multiple boxes with various items were thrown all over the road.

The truck driver told police that he was at the intersection of Mallory and Riverport when multiple cars blocked the intersection. He said that multiple men jumped into the back of his 53-foot FedEx trailer, records show.

The FedEx trailer was sealed with a safety latch before the suspects broke it off with an unknown tool. The suspects then broke into the back of his FedEx tractor trailer and stole multiple packages from his truck, reports said.

On Sunday, just after 2:30 a.m., officers received a call from security at the Breezy Point Apartments saying they had 3 people detained, reports said.

According to reports, security told Memphis Police that the apartment complex was on lockdown and that residents were required to be inside an apartment.

During the lockdown, reports said that security noticed three men sitting inside a white Chevrolet, and smelled marijuana coming from inside of the vehicle. Security then asked for the men identity and proceeded to check the vehicle.

Security advised police that the men were responsible for breaking into the FedEx truck after the three suspects admitted to taking the items from the truck to security, reports said.

When officers arrived, the men said the items were left in the street where they picked them up, reports show.

According to reports, the items inside the vehicle were four Kicker Speakers 6X9, one vehicle headlight, one 14 piece pot and pan set, a cardboard box of air lines and three Direct TV cable boxes.

The three men were detained, police said.

This is an ongoing investigation.
