Watchman: The Final Battle Will Be Set Up by Arab Countries Cutting Their Connections With Israel. Everyone Has Agreed That This Battle Has Prophetic Significance, but None Is Prepared to Say Just How. In a Way, the Evangelicals Are Hedging Their Bets

Other indications that our Lord and Savior will soon return, The historic and much-needed peace agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates (and now Bahrain, with talks about more countries joining the line) was signed at the White House on September 18, 2020, at 9:00 a.m.
Subsequently, Yeshua (Jesus)-following groups have proliferated throughout Israel, and it is common to witness Jews and Arabs participating in joint worship. I saw firsthand how once-natural foes embraced and shared communion at a conference in Jerusalem intended to spread this reality throughout the larger Middle East. They were recalling how the "Prince of Peace" had shed his blood for them both.
Thus, hearts are linked together in honor of the King who will reign forever (Isaiah 9.7), symbolizing an unending state of peace. Political calm, however, might only last moment, as aggressive taunts and threats from Iran and other places indicate.
The problem is that most national leaders don't take them seriously; they can't think they actually intend to destroy Tel Aviv with nuclear weapons, just as many British politicians did not believe Hitler was sincere when he first spoke in the 1930s.
Furthermore, the ominous clouds have spread beyond Iran to include Turkey, which is quickly changing from a secular to a strongly religious Muslim state. President Erdogan has threatened to restore Jerusalem's Temple Mount to the Ottoman Empire and has turned the famous Hagia Sophia back into a mosque.
As we teeter on the verge of another War, an unpredictable Russia is also rearing its ugly head, perhaps developing into something considerably more menacing.
Then followed the explosion in Beirut, for which Hezbollah, Iran's terrorist front, was mostly held accountable for the willful neglect of chemicals being kept in order to make weapons with which to attack Israel, which had issued repeated warnings to international authorities about this. But did they pay attention at all?
Sadly, Lebanon's support of this nefarious group has backfired on its own citizens. However, the ayatollahs in Iran are not done with their lethal schemes.
But a million or so Christians meet in secret throughout Iran to pray for their Israelite brothers as instructed by Scripture (Psalm 122.6), and this has brought them to a genuine faith in Jesus.
However, there is always a threat of conflict, which suggests more indications that Christ will come soon. Among these is the relationship between the new peace agreement and the Gog and Magog war of Ezekiel 38, as noted by Tony Pearce in Prophetic Witness, in which "Sheba and Dedan" (the Arabian Peninsula region) seem to be on Israel's side in the end-time invasion that comes from the north and is led by Russia and involves Iran, Turkey, and other countries.
As Neville Chamberlain discovered in 1938, peace accords are not always what they seem, and Daniel (9.27) mentions a very important seven-year peace deal that will have catastrophic ramifications.
According to Pearce, there is another intriguing connection that makes the deal between the UAE and Israel so noteworthy: it is called the Abraham Accord. An interfaith accord "in search of peace" including the Pope and a prominent mullah took place in the United Arab Emirates.
Should this materialize, it will be a phony peace since it won't be erected on the "Rock of Israel" (Gen 49.24). False prophets shout out "Peace, peace" when there isn't any, as Jeremiah forewarned long ago (Jer 6.14, 8.11).
However, Zechariah 12–14 makes it very apparent in the Bible that the country of Israel would be a hotbed of debate in the final days, sparking a war involving all nations. All of this points to the final resolution of the Middle East conflict as well as the world at large: our Lord Jesus Christ's anticipated, powerful, and glorious return to Jerusalem, from whence perfect peace will emanate throughout the entire planet.
Jesus frequently foretold that false prophets will arise and deceive a lot of people in the context of his second coming. However, the world would witness his arrival (Matthew 24.27), and we are to raise our heads when we see the signals of his approaching, since they indicate that our salvation is becoming closer (Luke 21.28).

We owe our server source about $20,000. They were nice enough not to shut down the service, which let us keep our news website up. But we don't know how much longer they will keep going without getting paid for their work. We want to avoid paying those high server provider fees, so we need to raise about $6,000 to buy our own server and keep up with our website ourselves. Each month, we have an internet service fee of about $160 and an electric service fee of about $300. This is what HNewsWire needs going forward. God bless.
