Concerns over the loss of health freedom have been sparked by the adoption of vaccine requirements at one of Texas' largest institutions, while lawmakers continue to block legislation that would give Texans the option of choosing their vaccines.

Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, stated in front of the public that his state "should be leading the fight against the COVID tyranny." Large institutions with public funding can still impose vaccine requirements, though.

The most recent COVID booster vaccine will be required for all of its students, teachers, and staff, the Houston, Texas-based Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) stated last week.

The school released a statement on September 28 that states, "An updated Covid vaccine has been approved by the FDA and is now available." "For people 6 months of age and older, one dose is advised. The updated dose is advised because past vaccinations lose their effectiveness over time and because this updated vaccine more closely matches the strains that are currently circulating. Faculty, staff, and students at Baylor must receive the COVID vaccine by November 30 unless they submit a request for a personal, medical, or religious exemption.

The National School of Tropical Medicine's founding dean, Dr. Peter Jay Hotez, is employed by the BCM. In his writings, Dr. Hotez has compared vaccine skeptics to "the anti-intellectualism promoted during the Nazi and Stalin periods of the 20th century."

The wonderful doctor must have overlooked all the reports warning us that the shot doesn't prevent people from contracting or spreading COVID. So what the heck is the point? Oh, you're right; it's making a select few individuals extremely wealthy.

These are independent, for-profit organizations that create their own laws in order to receive bribes or monopoly money. You have the option to further your studies and move your trade elsewhere.

Provide notification of termination or lack of agreement. Don't allow them infringe on your right to privacy. Articles IX and X of the People's Bill of Rights, which deal with mandates, are in violation of the due-process provision as of December 15, 1791. Where is the agreement? There is little doubt that the title 37 employees are breaking the terms of their contract, which is a dead pledge as a debt, and that you are as well. What constitutes a contract's four or eight elements? Board members who make decisions are personally accountable.
