Based on the analysis from large number of Independent Concerned Patriot Americans' and Independent Organizations that have the expertise to do extensive analysis about any new legislation are sounding alarm that this 'Restrict Act' also has the same "Trade Mark of Multiple Hidden Democrats' and Democrats Impersonating as Republicans' (RINOS) Agenda which they have been passing since 2010 that actually have failed miserably to fulfill to what they were Advertised to accomplish except all have ended up in padding the pockets of the Politicians, their Special Interests groups, pet projects, Foreign Agents, etc., all the while simultaneous have taken away many of the American Citizens' Constitutional Rights, Freedom of Speech, Work, Privileges in the name of Progress, Education, Travel, Medical Choices and Religion to name just a few.
