NYC, powerful teachers union demanded that public school students and staff should be tested in the 10 days before the system reopens in September, when its “hybrid” system is supposedly set to begin, after Mayor de Blasio and Gov Cuomo decided to buck the national trend in the face of an exodus of wealthy New Yorkers fleeing the city, creating the potential for a new revenue vacuum.
United Federation of Teachers President Michael Mulgrew said his members still lack confidence in the reopening, which will involve classes of no more than 10 students, one to three days a week.
At a news briefing Wednesday, Mulgrew called for all 1.1 million students and school staffs to be tested within 10 days of the start of the school year, or not be allowed to attend.
Meanwhile, Gov Cuomo warned that NYC restaurants might be forced to close again in the fall once it becomes too cold for the city to continue its open streets initiative.

Believers in Jesus Christ strive to have a biblical worldview in all things, including the issue of sexual harassment.
First, a legal definition of terms. Sexual harassment is any unwanted sexual conduct. In the workplace sexual harassment typically involves unwelcome advances offered as a condition of employment or that create a hostile work environment. Sexual harassment can also occur in academic and religious situations.
Sexual Harassment can take the form of personal comments; sexually charged language, jokes, and gestures; indecent exposure; displayed pictures; persistent, unwanted flirting; or threats of physical harm. No matter what form it takes, sexual harassment is a violation of the biblical principles of modesty, purity, and respect for others. Any “sexual contact or behavior that occurs without the explicit consent of the recipient” (from the U.S. Department of Justice website) or forced physical contact moves beyond sexual harassment to sexual assault.
STATESVILLE, N.C. — Police said a former teacher at Statesville Christian School is facing charges after sexually abusing a student for more than two years, WSOC reports.
The Statesville Police Department said 47-year-old Derone Martin McNeill is charged with 26 counts of second-degree rape, 26 counts of second-degree forcible sex offense and 26 counts of sexual activity with a student.
They said an investigation revealed McNeill sexually assaulted a student multiple times beginning in February 2012 and continuing through May 2014.
Police said McNeill is currently employed by Pressly Alternative School but was placed on leave after notification about the sexual assault investigation. Source

People do not comprehend what the BLOOD of their Forefathers purchased, the power that they have been given and possess, through the 2nd Amendment, beyond the right to bear arms, which is the Constitutional MILITIA. As if their brains gel and the eyes glaze over, they have been PROGRAMMED to overlook it and push it out of their conscience as if it is some nasty and hateful term rejected by society. The fact of the matter is this. The 2nd Amendment Constitutional Militia is “Well Regulated” BY the Constitution alone. Nobody can argue this fact, or try to say that there is any aspect of the Govt. that has authority above it, to “Regulate” or command the Militia, but the Constitution itself BY the People. The People ARE the Law BY the Constitution. THEY Govern America BY the Constitution. States possess no Powers Above the People concerning points not addressed by the Constitution, and can not Lawfully annul, limit or malign the Will of the People according to basic Common Law or Constitutional Rights. Neither does ANY aspect of the Govt. OF the People, BY the People FOR the People possess ANY Powers to suspend, negate or limit ANY part of the Constitution. Those CRIMINALS who attempt to do so will likely get “Suspended” from the end of a ROPE, sooner than later.
The 2nd Amendment Constitutional Militia has much more Power than what the People realize or comprehend, in that the Constitution itself can be Upheld, Preserved and Enforced BY that Militia. Having those precepts as the foundation and premise whereupon it operates. No other assembly of Armed Militias within America has any Lawful or legitimate purpose, and is therefore Criminal, unless they are directed BY the People according to the Constitution. Only the 2nd Amendment Constitutional Militia has the Authority and Legitimacy to assemble and Operate to Preserve, Uphold and ENFORCE the Constitution against those Usurpers of the People and the Supreme Law of the Land, especially those within our Govt. that seek to Subvert it. No other Force has authority over it – ONLY the Constitution itself – and the People. In all reality the Constitutional Militia holds preeminence and authority over ALL other Military Forces within America, because they “Serve” the People, and are not above them. It is quite the contrary to what may be suggested or perceived. Their Oath is to the Constitution and the People, who OWN that Constitution.
No authority can be determined or mandated to overcome or command the Constitutional Militia, to assume control over it. The Constitutional Militia consists of those People who take an Oath to Uphold the Constitution, and must be Overseen and Commanded by those Persons “Elected” within the various organized groups of the Constitutional Militias of the People. They must Organize and Combine thereafter to create a larger Fighting Force, according to and “Regulated” BY the Constitution, having similar Premise and Operation as a Conventional Fighting Force, as those Armed Services that “SERVE” the American People. (Service = SERVE the People). These being the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, etc.. Assuming the same “Regulations” according to the UCMJ to oversee and regulate Discipline and Order within the Constitutional Militias.
We the People have the Power to Assert such as outlined above. This is just Common Sense, and a basic premise of what we need to do – NOW. No Power exists that can say otherwise, Lawfully. Yet none has ever realized it, since it has never come to the point of what we are seeing in America today, which now requires we address it, to organize and assert these Constitutional Powers – OF THE PEOPLE.
This is the entire point, which has gone unrealized for so long. Nothing stands above the People and their Constitutional Militia in ENFORCING the Constitution, as nothing ever should.
This is how We the People shall overcome the Enemies within and without, that seek our destruction by facilitating Insurrections against the Principles and Foundation of America, ie; Constitution. It is time the People had better come to this realization. The time has come to Activate and Organize the 2nd Amendment Constitutional Militias of the People, to Preserve, Uphold and Enforce the Constitution and Bill of Rights within America. It is time for the People to assert this Absolute RIGHT and Establish it’s preeminence among the People, within their minds and resolve.
