The Watchman: Daily Devotion,The Prophets Spoke in Riddles. Their Words Painted a Vivid Picture of a Time When the Divine Presence Would Reside in the Midst of His People. They Spoke of a Life That Had Undergone a Profound Change. Once Upon a Time, There Was a Tale of a Day When the Spirit of God Would Be Poured Out

Colossians 1:27-29 27 To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. 28 We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. 29 To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me.

The prophets provided hints. The day when God would live among His people was described in their words. They wrote about a life that had changed. They spoke of a day when God's Spirit would be released. When Jesus said that He would return to dwell in those who obeyed Him, He made sense of those old predictions. The apostles eventually realized they were in that time period.

They started to understand that the righteousness and power to live a life that exalted God came from Christ dwelling within them. Their expectation of glory in heaven was also embodied in His presence in them. They had previously questioned their ability to keep the commandments, if they were deserving, or whether their sacrifices were adequate. However, because Christ was in their hearts, they now had the assurance that they would go to paradise.

Paul's doctrine and teaching can be summed up as follows: know Christ. You will be deemed flawless in God's eyes if you are discovered in Christ and He in you. Paul wished for as many people as possible to experience the transformative power of Jesus Christ in their lives via the grace of God. He served as Paul's inspiration and guide as he expanded his circle of influence. Paul continued because of Christ's love for people for whom He died.

Do you have the desire for glory? Do you believe that His presence gives you that assurance of heaven? If yes, how does His power manifest in you to reach out to others and help them become perfect in Christ? If not, acknowledge His benefits to you and His purposes for your life. Today, renounce your ways and make Him your lord. His glorification will take the place of the questions in your heart. You can achieve your goals with the support of His energy within you.

Keep in mind that you too can benefit much from his positive attitude.

It is our belief that the Great Tribulation referred to in the New Testament Book of Revelation (chapters 6-11) is unfolding before our eyes. In the near future, we will devote the "Tribulation" tab on our "Trending" menu to this emerging reality. As people continue to unplug from mainstream media, our commitment is to present the truth and encourage our audience to understand current events from a Biblical perspective. The Watchman

In the Bible, the Watchman is responsible for keeping watch and warning others of potential danger or impending judgment. The role is mentioned several times in the Old Testament, particularly in the book of Ezekiel. In Ezekiel 33:6, God says to the prophet Ezekiel, "But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, so that the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any one of them, that person is taken away in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at the watchman's hand."
