Dr. Kelly Victory, a prominent expert in emergency medicine and disaster management, has raised concerns about the weaponization of bird flu in bioweapon laboratories, resulting in increased human-to-human transmission of the virus.

In a recent interview on the podcast “Redacted,” Dr. Victory shares her extensive research findings, which provide irrefutable evidence that avian influenza has been deliberately manipulated in a laboratory setting.

According to Dr. Victory, it is highly unusual for bird flu to possess the ability to transmit between humans. This alarming development raises significant public health concerns and necessitates immediate attention and precautionary measures.

However, she warns that scientists have “manipulated” the virus using gain-of-function research in biolabs.

This gain-of-function manipulation of the virus would create “significant human-to-human transmission with this most recent outbreak,” she asserts.

Victory explains:

“We know that many scientific labs in the United States, not just in China, have been doing gain-of-function research specifically on this virus, bird flu.

“They have been manipulating this virus in the laboratory, what we call gain of function, which means taking a pathogen, could be a virus as it is in this case, or a bacterium or a fungus and manipulating it in the lab to make it stronger, more transmissible, more resistant to treatment, more capable of spreading for example between humans.

“That is what they are doing with this virus and they’ve been doing it for many years.”

The doctor disclosed that evidence has been discovered indicating that this epidemic originated from a laboratory.

“We have obtained certain evidence suggesting that the recent outbreaks among these agricultural workers, who have direct exposure to infected animals, are caused by a modified strain of H5N1 that is being studied in these laboratories. This leads us to suspect that this could be another instance of a lab leak, where the virus was manipulated within the confines of a laboratory,” stated the doctor.

The doctor pointed out that the University of Wisconsin in Madison and the USDA lab in Georgia are engaged in conducting risky research, despite the fact that gain-of-function is prohibited in America. Additionally, she mentioned that the natural bird flu typically does not impact humans. Victory further elaborated that a high number of human-to-human transmissions would indicate a potential lab origin. Hence, she stated that if a substantial increase in human-to-human transmission occurs during the current outbreak, it is highly likely that the virus was manipulated in a laboratory.

Victory also addressed former CDC Director Robert Redfield’s claims.

The next bioweapon against the public will be avian flu, Redfield said last year.

“It will be a bird flu virus manipulated to transmit human-to-human, like Covid,” Redfield added.

A recent investigation linked the latest bird flu outbreak to biolabs.

Concerns about gain-of-function research causing another pandemic are mounting.

In the event of bird flu before the 2024 elections, the pharmaceutical industry may see a profit boost.

The Financial Times stated that Biden’s administration is ready to deploy bird flu mRNA vaccinations before the election, as HNewsWire reported.
