When the sun is bright and the sky is blue, anybody can give thanks to God. However, it indicates to Jesus that you are a sincere disciple of Jesus Christ if you can give thanks to God when things go wrong, when the roof collapses, and when the bottom falls out.
We have to keep in mind that God is always at work, regardless of our current situation. And that’s a really good cause to be grateful.
