Watchman: It’s Time to Secede.the Supreme Court Allows the Federal Government to Remove Texas Border Wire, and Texans Pay the Price for Allowing Fed Gov Scum to Be In Charge of Our Lives, We the People No Longer Have a U.S. Supreme Court Justice System

Texas Will Make a Huge Move Relatively Soon, According to Watchman: It’s Time to Secede and Govern Ourselves. TX  Should Go It Alone. Other States Will Be Very Supportive of Us. Other Countries as Well. The Oil and Gas Business, Which the Federal Government Wishes to Eliminate, Will Thrive in a Free and Autonomous Country Like Texas. It Is #Texit Time.

By SRH,

Out of a possible nine votes, the Supreme Court chose to let the U.S. Border Patrol take down the razor wire that Texas Gov. Greg Abbott put up along the U.S.–Mexico border while a legal challenge is being heard.

An order from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in mid-December 2023 was overturned by the high court in a short order. Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh voted against the request to overturn the lower court's order. This meant that Border Patrol agents would not have been able to take down the wall.

Then  Chief Justice John Roberts, Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Ketanji Brown Jackson, Elena Kagan, and Sonia Sotomayor. They all agreed with the Biden administration. No Reason given why they voted the way they did. The people Know they are bought and paid for by the globalist et al.

Attorney General Ken Paxton Responds to SCOTUS Ruling on Concertina Wire Case

AUSTIN – Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton released the following statement after the Supreme Court of the United States (“SCOTUS”) issued an interlocutory order permitting the Biden Administration to resume destroying concertina wire barriers placed by Texas on its side of the Rio Grande riverbank.

“The Supreme Court’s temporary order allows Biden to continue his illegal effort to aid the foreign invasion of America,” Attorney General Paxton said. “The destruction of Texas’s border barriers will not help enforce the law or keep American citizens safe. This fight is not over, and I look forward to defending our state’s sovereignty.”

In October 2023, Attorney General Paxton sued the Biden Administration for destroying concertina wire fencing that Texas had deployed to reduce the record-breaking influx of illegal immigration. Texas quickly secured an emergency restraining order from a federal judge that ordered federal agents to cease doing so. Although the federal judge found the Administration’s actions likely unlawful, she later declined to grant the State’s request for a temporary injunction pending trial.

Attorney General Paxton successfully appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and quickly obtained an administrative stay and, subsequently, an injunction pending appeal to prevent the federal government from continuing its destruction of Texas property while the court considered the matter further. The Fifth Circuit’s order did not prohibit the removal of barriers if and when required to render emergency medical aid. Nonetheless, the Biden Administration asked SCOTUS to vacate the injunction in an emergency appeal. Today, over the dissent of four Justices, the Supreme Court vacated the injunction pending appeal.

Although the Supreme Court has permitted the continued destruction of Texas’s border security measures, this appeal remains ongoing, and the Office of the Attorney General will argue the case in front of the Fifth Circuit on February 7.

Barret is a traitor who has been tainted. Texas should not care about the judges because they won't follow the rules and only care about themself. Remember TEXAS is a country, Don't you get it? The government can't get involved . Texas never gives up any of its state rights to the US government, either now or in the past. Without the government getting in the way, the great state of Texas can protect itself and its people. It doesn't surprise me that the Supreme Court made this choice.

Texas should not care about this bad decision by the left majority of the Supreme Court. Let the Supreme Court follow through on their decision on Open Borders.

Send the illegal to  the homes of Chief Justice John Roberts, Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Ketanji Brown Jackson, Elena Kagan, and Sonia Sotomayor that should be taken care of the problems. Leave it to these lefties to feed and house these illegal immigrants in their own homes.

To: Governor Abbott, Honorable:
Kindly forward all upcoming busloads of illegal immigrants to the residences and households of every Justice of the Supreme Court and Liberal Party.
Furthermore, Mr. Abbott, did Texas not reserve the right, upon becoming a state, to split itself into two states and to retain the right of succession through a simple popular vote, without requiring authorization from the federal government or courts?

What cowards they are! How can you claim to be Americans if you won't let Texas protect the influx of illegal immigrants into our nation? What a disgrace.

My very left-wing teacher used to tell me that illegal immigration benefits the economy, increases the population, and encourages diversity in the melting pot that is America! Not only that, but they are fleeing poverty and injustice in their home nations. They couldn't have decided to stand up and fight, no matter how difficult the situation was.

People like MLK and Rosa Parks should have simply fled the United States rather than fighting throughout the civil rights movement. But do not worry. When these illegal military-aged men begin stealing, raping, killing, and promoting their own culture that has turned the nation they call home into what they are fleeing, everyone will realize that illegal immigration benefits no one, but by then, it will be too late or they will have destroyed too much.

If Mr. Abbott wants to illustrate his seriousness, he should not back down. Stand firm on the border and force SCOTUS to explain themselves. And if it's the same made-up crap they always attempt to use, remain firm.

Dear Stevieray,

Today the US Supreme Court issued a ruling that authorized the Biden administration to resume tearing down the limited fencing that the State of Texas has put in place in an attempt to secure the border. In response, I have sent the following letter to Governor Greg Abbott with a simple demand - call a Special Session and let the people of Texas vote on TEXIT.

I have included the text of the letter below. Be sure to read it, share it, volunteer your time and skills, and let us know that you support our efforts to get and win a vote on TEXIT.

Letter To Governor Abbott

Dear Governor Abbott,

Today, the Supreme Court of the United States rubberstamped the Biden administration’s intentional collapse of our border with Mexico. Now, all three branches of government are working in concert to deny Texas the right as a sovereign state to secure our border. They are, in practice, more aligned with narco-terrorists cartels than with a member of their own union.

This is an existential threat to the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Texas and the fundamental right of self-government of the people of Texas. As such, this constitutes an emergency, and the response should be immediate and proportionate to the constitutional crisis created by the actions of the Biden administration and the Supreme Court.

Article 1 Section 1 of the Texas Constitution is clear on this matter when it states, “...the perpetuity of the Union depend upon the preservation of the right of local self-government, unimpaired to all the States.”

Further, Article 1, Section 2 of the Texas Constitution clearly states that the Texan people have an absolute and inalienable right to choose how and by whom they are governed.

“All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit.  The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient.”

On December 11, 2023, the Texas Nationalist Movement, in accordance with Sec. 172.088(d) of the Texas Election Code, delivered 139,456 signatures that meet the legal requirements to place the following proposition on the 2024 Republican Party Primary Ballot: “The State of Texas should reassert its status as an independent nation.”

But for the actions of the Republican Party of Texas Chairman Matt Rinaldi, in violation of the Texas Election Code, Texans would have an opportunity in March to debate and vote on whether they believe Texas should continue its relationship with a federal government that actively opposed the security of our international border with Mexico.

Planks 33 & 225 of the Republican Party of Texas platform call for the issue of Texas independence to be put to a vote of the people. They state:

“33. State Sovereignty: Pursuant to Article 1, Section 1, of the Texas Constitution, the federal government has impaired our right of local self-government. Therefore, federally mandated legislation that infringes upon the 10th Amendment rights of Texas shall be ignored, opposed, refused, and nullified. Texas retains the right to secede from the United States, and the Texas Legislature should be called upon to pass a referendum consistent thereto.”

“225. Texas Independence: We urge the Texas Legislature to pass a bill in its next session requiring a referendum in the 2023 General Election for the people of Texas to determine whether or not the State of Texas should reassert its status as an independent nation.”

Therefore, I submit to you the signers of the petition, and we call on you to let the people speak. It is within your power as Governor to call a special session of the Texas Legislature for the purpose of letting Texans answer the question, “Should the State of Texas reassert its status as an independent nation?”

The power to determine how Texas is governed does not lie with the federal courts. It is, by right, reserved to the people of Texas. It’s time to let the people speak.
