By SRH, The Biden Administration has been accused of targeting Christian senior citizens by banning them from holding Bible studies inside government-funded senior living centers. According to the American Center for Law and Justice, at least 10 centers have prohibited Bible studies and other religious events in the past year. The ACLJ has called this discrimination and is demanding that the Department of Housing and Urban Development cease and desist. The rise in these cases seems to reflect a misunderstanding of the applicable statutes and regulations, as federal laws and regulations are already in place to combat religious discrimination by senior living facilities.
