Why Is It Illegal for Farmers to Plant Their Own Seeds?
American farmers are confronting a major issue. The seeds they employ to grow all that food, which ends up on our dinner plates, are pricey. And they’re becoming more pricey.
Farmers are now left with no clear options for where to purchase their seeds.
The scarcity of food, the real-time tribulation… All of us would want to think that things will improve and that the US economy is headed toward recovery. Everyone likes to believe that new merchandise is just a few cargo ships away from being placed on the store shelves.
That may sound counterintuitive. After all, don’t seeds come from the crops that farmers produce? You would think they had better access to seeds than anyone else. However, if a farmer plants seeds from their own crops, they may be breaking the law. Watch Video
