Louisiana AG Announces Investigation Into Fauci…

Demonic Kill’em Fauci Should Fear The Worst…

After Dr. Anthony Fauci’s journal was made public and he refused to answer questions during a Senate hearing, three states’ officials are either already investigating him or intend to do so.

Testifying before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs in Washington on July 29, 2026, Dr. Anthony Fauci, a former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health, will be attending. By Madalina Kilroy/The Epoch Times “Fauci lied,” wrote Liz Murrill, the attorney general of Louisiana, on August 1 on X. Dr. Fauci was deposed by Missouri and Louisiana. He insisted he couldn’t remember crucial aspects of his own behavior at the time, but now we’re finding recordings he made at the scene.

Murrill stated that state prosecutors would be able to charge Fauci with crimes that the inquiry uncovered.

On a recent appearance on Newsmax, Republican candidate for governor of Alabama Tommy Tuberville stated that his state will be investigating Fauci. “Hopefully in the next six months, I’ll be the governor of the state of Alabama,” Tuberville added. “And I promise you one thing, we will find out if there’s a possibility that we can bring him to Alabama, to put him in front of a court and a jury, to see if we can put this guy in prison.”

On July 29, following Fauci’s testimony before the Senate, Florida’s attorney general said that an inquiry into Fauci will be launched by his office. “It’s past time we get the truth of what happened during COVID,” wrote Attorney General James Uthmeier on X.

In another article, he said, “If he lied, and it resulted in physical and economic harm to countless Americans, billions of taxpayer dollars in ‘medical expenses,’ and learning-loss for our next generation, there should be accountability.”

Requests for comment were not responded to by Fauci or his lawyer by the time this was published.

Fauci, who will be 85 years old in 2022, oversaw the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases throughout his tenure as director, which began in 1984. During Biden’s presidency, he also served as the president’s main medical adviser.

In early 2025, Fauci was pardoned before the law even passed by President Joe Biden. That encompasses any potential federal offenses that Fauci may have committed between January 1, 2014, and January 19, 2025.

In 2025, seventeen states’ attorneys general announced a united probe into Fauci, accusing him of suppressing scientific debate and making deceptive remarks. The states in question included Alabama, Florida, and Louisiana.

Public officials whose actions impacted the lives of millions of Americans also have a responsibility to be open and accountable to the people. The coalition’s leader, South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, stated on X on July 29 that they will keep seeking the truth because the American people deserve nothing less.

In an email to The Epoch Times, former prosecutor and current defense attorney Mike Allen, who specializes in Ohio law, said that the statute of limitations for many of the violations that prosecutors may pursue against Fauci has probably already passed.
