Four Republican senators joined Democrats in shooting down an amendment to a massive defense authorization package that would have reinstated troops discharged for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine.
The 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) passed the Senate 83-11 Thursday night, and along with it a provision overturning the Biden administration’s service-wide vaccine requirement. Republican Senators Mitt Romney of Utah, Susan Collins of Maine, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, and Mike Rounds of South Dakota voted no on a last-minute amendment to the bill re-enlisting thousands of troops separated for refusing the vaccine mandate, collapsing the proposal 54 to 40.
The unvaccinated devout in the US Air Force will be unable to “aim high,” as individuals requesting religious exemptions from the COVID-19 vaccinations are being grounded and discharged.
The Air Force announced that as of March 15, 2022, it has rejected 5,259 religious accommodation petitions and granted only 23. According to a lawsuit filed by 36 members of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard against President Joe Biden’s administration, the rejection percentage is 99.6%.
According to court documents, the Air Force granted at least 3,781 medical and administrative exemptions while denying most religious exemptions. Other Air Force families who are not officially involved in the case but are in the process of losing their employment are keeping an eye on the situation.
According to a Rand Corporation study, the Air Force spends around $5.5 million to train a single pilot. Attorney Kris Kobach of Kansas, who is overseeing the lawsuit, estimates that the 17 pilots in the group represent $93.5 million in taxpayer money spent on training out of the 36 Air Force clients he represents. Some of the Air Force’s most experienced flight instructors, linguists, and cyber warfare professionals make up the organization.
They are mostly stationed at Offutt Air Force Base near Omaha, Nebraska; McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, Kansas; and a few other locations across the country.
“Most of them are senior pilots, and the idea that we would terminate these pilots, in whom the US has invested tens of millions of dollars, is absurd.” “We’re putting our readiness at risk,” Kobach told The Epoch Times. “There are a few of full-time instructor pilots from Texas, and the commander at that base complains that we aren’t training enough pilots quickly enough, but the military is pushing the removal of very experienced, highly qualified pilots and the instructors who would educate new pilots.” This is complete bullshit. In the sake of preparation, the military is sacrificing its own readiness.”
The lawsuit, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, seeks a preliminary injunction to prevent the terminations.
According to court documents, many of the plaintiffs believe that the human body is God’s temple, and that they must not put anything into it that God has banned or that might affect its functions, particularly things containing messenger RNA (mRNA). Many people do not want to utilize a product that was tested, developed, or produced using aborted fetal cell lines because it would be engaging in the abortion industry, according to the filing.
“The First Amendment does not allow governments to deny someone the free expression of their religion faith,” Kobach said. “In particular, if they treat a comparable secular activity better than the religious activity, it is highly likely to be a violation of the First Amendment.” “The military has granted hundreds of medical and administrative exemptions but almost no religious exemptions in this case.”
According to Kobach, the Air Force’s vaccination program has the effect of screening out some of the military’s most fervent Christians.
“All of these people want to stay in the military,” he remarked, referring to the active duty Air Force and the full-time Reserve. “They’ve put their hearts and souls into this career, and they intend to battle tooth and nail to maintain their place in the Air Force.” When it comes down to it, if they have to choose between their career and their faith, they will choose the latter. Denying the men and women fighting to defend our Constitution against foreign aggressors their own constitutional guarantees is a terrible way to treat them.”
The political purge inside the Department of Defense continues despite the fact that the entire nation is witnessing it occur in real time. It’s hard to say wether or not the American people will wake up to the fact that there is an organized movement under the surface that seeks to weed out all who don’t prove themselves useful to the globalist agenda.
This “agenda” is biblical prophecy, and is still widely overlooked in the Christian community; Whether it be due to lack of awareness, or simply due to being a lukewarm Christian. Either way, prophecy is prophecy for a reason. These events will come to fruition because God wills it. Let the evildoers have their victory today, because Christ will proclaim victory thereafter. The United Nations’ food director warned on Tuesday that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will have a worldwide impact “beyond anything we’ve seen since World War II,” and that the conflict has built “a tragedy on top of a catastrophe.”
“We never imagined anything like this could happen,” David Beasley, executive director of the United Nations World Food Program, told the United Nations Security Council.
Because many of the Ukrainian farmers who produce a substantial quantity of the world’s wheat are now battling Russians, already high food prices are soaring, according to Beasley.
The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization warned earlier this month of a possible global food catastrophe, citing the prolonged fighting as a threat to supplies of critical essential crops. Russia and Ukraine are major grain exporters, accounting for about 30% of wheat and nearly 20% of corn on the global market.
Beasley claimed that his organization was feeding 125 million people worldwide before to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine on February 24.
He explained that the agency has been obliged to reduce rations due to rising food, fuel, and shipping costs. According to Beasley, the agency’s operational expenditures have increased by $71 million each month as a result of escalating costs.
The invasion of Ukraine has reduced “the breadbasket of the world” to “breadlines” for millions of people, while wreaking havoc on countries like Egypt, which gets 85 percent of its grain from Ukraine, and Lebanon, which will receive 81 percent in 2020, according to Beasley.
According to Beasley, the World Food Program purchases 50% of its grain from Ukraine.
The United States’ Deputy Secretary of State, Wendy Sherman, informed the Council that the global situation will continue to deteriorate.
“As long as Putin’s conflict continues, as long as Russian soldiers pound Ukrainian cities and obstruct relief convoys, as long as besieged populations are unable to flee to safety, this humanitarian disaster will only worsen—in Ukraine, for Russians, and around the world,” Sherman warned.
Similar sentiments were expressed by Beasley.
“We can avert famine, destabilization of states, and mass migration if we end the conflict and fulfill the needs,” he stated. “But if we don’t, the globe will suffer greatly, and the last thing the World Food Program wants to do is take food from hungry children and give it to starving children.”
Sherman claims that Russia bombed at least three civilian ships transporting commodities from Black Sea ports to the rest of the world, one of which was chartered by an agriculture firm.
“The Russian navy is effectively shutting off grain exports by preventing access to Ukraine’s ports,” she said.
The US is particularly concerned about nations like Lebanon, Pakistan, Libya, Tunisia, Yemen, and Morocco, who “rely substantially on Ukrainian imports to feed their populations,” according to Sherman.
Northern African and Asian developing countries are among the most reliant on Russia and Ukraine for wheat supplies.
This anticipated nightmare is entirely induced by the United Nations and neo-communist elites who seek to subvert the rule of law and exalt themselves over the global population. No one man can make sense of this elaborate illusion cast over the common man of society, but collectively we can point out each limitation forced upon us and bring it forward as an injustice to the public. In Matthew 10:34 Jesus says: “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.” We’re meant to go down preaching the gospel and guiding others to salvation. This could be considered the bravest task a man or woman of faith could undertake, but make no mistake it will bear fruit in the kingdom of heaven.
