According to a NOAA weather modification filing dated February 26, 2025 (document ID: 2025TXTP-1), Rainmaker was under contract to perform cloud seeding flights in the Trans Pecos region of Texas from March 15 through October 31, 2025.

Although reporting cloud seeding to NOAA is mandated by law, there is no federal regulation of the activities’ safety, morality, or post-flight accuracy.

No government body has said that cloud seeding had anything to do with the flood in early July.
But Rainmaker had the power, the tools, and maybe even the right time.
Since the public can’t see flight logs or data on how chemicals are spread, the truth might stay hidden until someone blows the whistle or a case comes along and exposes it.
We know for sure that Rainmaker, a startup backed by Thiel, is actually changing the weather with drones.
It has deals all over the country.
It was okay for it to work in the flood zone in Texas during the disaster.
No one has stepped in to look into it—not even Congress.

Rainmaker Technology Corporation, created by Augustus Doricko, claims to increase rainfall by employing autonomous drones equipped with cloud-seeding chemicals.
To artificially increase precipitation, the business adds silver iodide and calcium chloride to storm systems.
The technology is state-approved and now in use throughout the Western United States.
Doricko received a Thiel Fellowship in early 2024, a distinguished $100,000 fellowship program established by Peter Thiel to support high-risk, high-reward initiatives by college dropouts and other EVIL scientists.
