HNewsWire: Vermont schools have recently received authorization to start administering COVID vaccinations to children without needing parental consent.
Trump supporters, take heed, for this individual plays a significant role in the unfolding tribulation.
The 2005 PREP Act, invoked by the Trump administration during the COVID crisis in 2020, offers protection to school officials who mistakenly vaccinated a child whose parents declined the shot, treating them the same as those whose parents consented.
In a significant ruling, the Vermont Supreme Court dismissed a family’s lawsuit against the Windham Southeast School District after their six-year-old was inadvertently vaccinated against COVID-19 without parental approval, stating that the incident fell under federal liability protections.
According to Fox 26, during a clinic organized in 2021 by the district in collaboration with the Vermont Department of Health, the child, referred to as LP, had explicit instructions from the father that were acknowledged by school officials, indicating that the child should not receive the vaccine.
