Satan Soldier a.k.a. Bill Gates has cautioned that countries must spend billions in research and development to prepare for future pandemics and smallpox terror strikes. Mr. Gates issued the warning during an interview with Jeremy Hunt, chairman of the Health Select Committee, for Policy Exchange. The creator of Microsoft also advocated for the establishment of a new $1 billion World Health Organization Pandemic Task Force.

While the study may be costly, it may also lead to other advancements, such as the elimination of influenza and the common cold, according to him.

He said that nations like the United States and the United Kingdom must invest "tens of billions" to support the study.

"In five years, I want to be able to publish a book titled, 'We ARE prepared for the next epidemic,' but it will need tens of billions in R&D - the United States and the United Kingdom will be a part of it," he stated. "A pandemic Task Force at the WHO level, which does monitoring and what I refer to as "germ games" for practice, would likely need around one billion dollars every year,"

Mr. Gates stated that the "germ-games" may include planning for bio-terrorist activities such as smallpox assaults on airports.

"You reply, 'Okay, but what if a bio-terrorist introduced smallpox to ten airports?'" How would the world react, do you think? There are outbreaks generated by natural causes and bio-terrorism that might be even worse than what we witnessed today", he stated.

There are both naturally occurring and bio-terrorism-caused diseases that might be much worse than what we witnessed today.
