According to The Washington Post, federal prosecutors and Hunter Biden have reached an agreement for him to plead guilty to two tax crimes and a gun charge in exchange for probation.

Normal Americans must follow one set of laws while Democrats and their offspring must follow another.

It was unclear when Hunter Biden, 53, might appear in court to enter a guilty plea, and any proposed plea deal would need to be approved by a federal judge.

“According to court documents, the younger Biden has agreed in principle to enter a guilty plea to two misdemeanor tax charges of failure to pay in 2017 and 2018. According to “people familiar with the matter” who spoke to the Post on condition of anonymity to describe details of the agreement that are not yet public, the total tax liability over those years is approximately $1.2 million. According to these sources, prosecutors are considering recommending probation for the charges in question. Biden’s camp claims the former vice president has settled his tax debts in the past.
