Instructions to remain at home, prohibitions against traveling alone or on days when you are not permitted to do so, and restrictions on just the most essential business road traffic are all included. In addition, the paper criticizes cooking with natural gas, as if your souffle made on the stove-top had any bearing on the amount of energy that is consumed worldwide.
Who really cares, right?
