On March 7, regime leader Xi Jinping said that the law should be used to build, strengthen, and govern the army, as well as to use the law to strengthen China’s military engagements with foreign countries, improve the rule of law in national defense and military construction, and provide strong legal grounds for advancing the cause of a strong military.

At the annual conference in Beijing, Xi addressed representatives from the Chinese military and armed police services, “Improve the application of law in foreign-related military matters.”

“Make an overall plan [in other nations] that blends military operations and battling with the law,” Xi, who is also the Commander-in-Chief of China’s military, continued. “Finish the laws and regulations that govern military engagements with foreign countries.”

This is the latest order, which comes after the Chinese regime announced its proposed defense budget for 2022 on March 5, which witnessed the largest increase in defense spending to date.

“China’s defense budget for this year [2022] is 1.45 trillion yuan ($229.4 billion), up 7.1 percent from 2021,” Chinese state-run media said, citing China’s Ministry of Finance, which released the figures after evaluating them at the government rubber stamp legislature’s conference on March 5.

According to official data, China’s defense spending climbed by 6.6 percent in 2020 and 6.8 percent in 2021.

In reality, since the Chinese dictatorship first published its defense budget in 1988, China’s defense expenditure has been steadily increasing. The rate of increase is always faster than the rate of growth of the country’s gross domestic product.

According to Su Tzu-yun, Director of Taiwan’s Institute for National Defense and Security Research, China’s defense spending has climbed by 206 percent since Xi assumed office in 2012.

“Military personnel, equipment and weapon upkeep, and investment in new technology and systems were all covered by the budget.” Su told the Chinese-language Epoch Times on March 6 that the first two parts each account for 30% of the budget, while the investment in new weapons accounts for 40%.

China’s military expenditures are calculated by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) every year, and they are always larger than the defense budget Beijing publishes.

“Military spending can come from a variety of extrabudgetary and off-budget sources… With 2017, SIPRI said, “This is the case in China, the world’s second-largest military spender.”

Xi asked the military and armed police forces to prepare for war at the March 7 meeting.

When delivering the Government Work Report at the rubber-stamp legislature’s conference on March 5, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang also underlined the need of war preparations.

“[China’s] military training and battle readiness will be greatly enhanced,” Li stated. “Flexibly and resolutely carry out military operations.”

The military’s focus in 2022, according to Li, should be on updating weapons and equipment, bolstering technological advances, and educating professionals for the new era.

“Governments at all levels must provide strong support for the development of national defense and the armed forces,” Li stated, “so that military-government and military-people unity remains rock solid.”

China has had ongoing disputes with neighboring countries in the South China Sea in recent years. The administration has vowed to invade Taiwan in previous years. China and India have amassed troops, tanks, and artillery on their western border for decades, and violent clashes are expected numerous times between 2020 and 2021.

The cunning yet bellicose tactics used by the CCP to subvert the rule of law have been effectively ignored by the Biden administration, and the Trump administration alike. They’ve put a band-aid on an issue that cannot be clearly defined and we’ll surely see the results of such insubordinate leadership in the near future. Biotechnological innovation, quantum computing, and Artificial intelligence will be studies no longer belonging to the American people. If war ensues, we’ll likely never gain access to any of the technology; Rendering the globalist elite with near “Godlike” capabilities in comparison to the common man. In the event that China engages in wartime activities, they’ll no doubt consider utilizing their plethora of genomic data collected with rapid antigen test kits to engage in biological warfare.
