Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee took to Twitter, questioning, “Is Joe gearing up to target all Trump supporters?” He labeled the statement as “pure hate speech, if there ever was such a thing.” Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) joined the fray, accusing President Biden of deepening the nation’s divides. “Tonight, Joe Biden condemned millions of Americans in a speech filled with anger and division, completely disconnected from the reality of his own political shortcomings.” Cruz asserted, “He shows no desire to heal the nation’s spirit; instead, he seems intent on turning Americans against each other.”
Biden labeled conservatives as fascists, even as his own administration exhibited authoritarian tendencies. It was Democrats who enforced the closures of businesses, schools, and places of worship. They were the ones who denied Jews the right to bury their loved ones. They punished Christians for expressing their faith through song. And it was a Democrat who, in a shocking display, mirrored the actions of a modern-day Hitler at the birthplace of our great nation.
The shooter has been identified as Ryan Routh, whose social media suggest was a Trump-hating, Ukraine-war-supporting liberal.

During an interview on MSNBC, a representative from the US Virgin Islands said the quiet part about former President Trump out loud.
Stacey Plaskett, a Democratic House delegate, suggested Trump be shot. She quickly corrected herself, saying, “Stopped.”
“Having Trump not only have the codes but now have the classified information for Americans and being able to put that out there and share it in his resort with anyone and everything who comes through should be terrifying to all Americans,” Plaskett said. “He needs to be shot— stopped.”
If a Republican had suggested that President Biden be shot, they would have already been in FBI custody.
And if a white Republican had said something similar about former President Obama, they would have been expelled from the country.
