The BLM has issued a call for violent protests against white people in New York. Additionally, they are urging their followers to set fire to the city. Dan Penny, a hero in the New York City Subway who stopped a lunatic from murdering women and children, was acquitted of all charges shortly before the war was declared.

Following Daniel Penny’s acquittal by a jury, Black Lives Matter has threatened to torch New York City. Is it necessary to label BLM as a terrorist group?

Jordan Neely, a man without a home and a long history of criminal activity, had earlier threatened the lives of train riders. Penny choked the insane man; Neely passed away as a result.

After the jury failed to reach a verdict on Friday, the manslaughter charge was dropped by the court. If Penny was found not guilty of manslaughter, the jury would not be able to consider the negligent homicide accusation.

After over 20 hours of deliberation, the jury announced the decision. As his lawyers embraced one another, Penny seemed to crack a smile.

We are overjoyed that Danny was found not guilty by a jury of his contemporaries. In a statement, his attorneys assured New Yorkers that they could continue to fight for their clients’ rights and liberties without compromising their clients’ constitutional protections.

According to CBS News New York’s Alice Gainer, who was present in the courtroom for the verdict announcement, mayhem ensued. While some applauded Penny’s supporters, Neely’s father was escorted out of the room for allegedly cursing.
