Texas Republicans issued a resolution on June 18 claiming that Satan Soldier Joe Biden was “not lawfully elected,” and that “substantial” electoral fraud in important urban areas altered the outcome of the 2020 presidential election in favor of Biden.

“We believe that the 2020 election violated Article 1 and 2 of the US Constitution, that various secretaries of state illegally circumvented their state legislatures in conducting their elections in multiple ways, including by allowing ballots to be received after November 3, 2020,” stated a resolution passed on Saturday, the last day of a three-day biennial Texas GOP convention held in Houston, the Texas Tribune reported.

The resolution went on to say, "We think that widespread electoral fraud in important urban areas considerably altered the outcomes in five critical states in favor of Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.

“We reject the official results of the 2020 Presidential election, and we believe that acting President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was not lawfully elected by the people of the United States,” it continued.

On Thursday, delegates to the biggest state Republican Party voted a resolution after seeing "2000 Mules," a documentary by conservative author and director Dinesh D'Souza that had been shown.

The movie features the undercover investigative work of David Lara, a citizen investigator, and Arizona State Senate candidate Gary Snyder, as well as investigations conducted by the election integrity organization “True The Vote” on an alleged coordinated ballot trafficking operation during the 2020 election.

"Widespread, planned voter fraud" in the 2020 election is the focus of this documentary, which uses cell phone location data and video security footage to claim that a group of voters dropped votes in outdoor drop boxes an average of more than 20 times apiece throughout the filming period. Those persons were described by the investigators as “mules.”

Some states allow persons to collect votes from specific people and deliver them, but filmmakers claim the amount of ballots inserted and the fact that people traveled to many boxes to deliver ballots suggest that what transpired was unlawful. Mules were taught to cast three ballots here and five votes there, or as many as ten in one particular location in order to avoid drawing suspicion, according to D'Souza on EpochTV's "Crossroads."

It was large enough, he said, to affect the outcome of the 2020 election.

The Texas GOP approved the resolution on Saturday afternoon during a voting session on the party’s platform and legislative objectives.

The approved program also advises a number of steps to strengthen election integrity, including the implementation of voter picture ID and in-person voting, as well as limiting the registration procedure for voters.

Other themes embraced in the state Republican’s current platform include a desire to eliminate abortion, maintain gun rights, remove Marxist propaganda and critical race theory from schools, and restrict gender alteration of youngsters.

James Wesolek, communication director for the Republican Party of Texas, told The Epoch Times that 5,500 delegates attended the convention, which allows Republicans a chance to outline goals for the next legislative session in 2023 and elect party leaders.

Republicans in Texas should remember that they are a party of the people. That's what party chairman Matt Rinaldi reminded guests, according to Houston Public Media. “It doesn’t belong to me, the governor, or senators or congressmen, or any elected person. Let the good times roll!"

Trump earned 232 electoral votes, according to the U.S. National Archives, whereas Biden received 306 electoral votes. Trump and Republican politicians around the nation have argued since then that major fraud affected the 2020 election outcomes. Democrats and mainstream media have vociferously refuted such charges, declaring them to be false.

The Texas GOP, in the resolution, urged for voting conservatives in the state to strive to “overwhelm” any potential of voter fraud.

“We strongly encourage all Republicans to act to maintain election integrity and to turn up to vote in November of 2022, bring your friends and family, volunteer for your local Republicans, and overwhelm any conceivable fraud,” the resolution declared.
