Our Government Has Turned On Its Own People—Police Report Proves Plainclothes Electronic Surveillance Unit Members Were Embedded Among Jan. 6 Protesters, Where Was TRUMP?

While there is growing speculation that federal agents and Capitol Police were involved in inciting acts of violence and recording responses for the purposes of entrapment during the Jan. 6, 2021 protests, evidence now shows that "plainclothes" members of a special Electronic Surveillance Unit (ESU) were embedded among the protesters to conduct video surveillance. Evidence also alludes to a day of lax security and police provocation with the intent of entrapment.

According to a report—First Amendment Demonstrations, issued Jan. 3, 2021, by Chief of Police Robert Contee of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), Homeland Security Bureau, Special Operations Division, obtained exclusively by The Epoch Times—on Jan. 4, 2021, the MPD began activating Civil Disturbance Unit (CDU) platoons. The next two days were set aside for the full activation of 28 platoons.

"A CDU is composed of law enforcement officers who are trained to respond to protests, demonstrations, and civil disturbances for the purpose of preventing violence, property destruction, and unlawful interference with persons exercising their legal rights," according to the Department of Justice website.

MPD's goal was to "help with the safe execution of any First Amendment protest and guarantee the safety of the participants, public, and officers." According to the report, CDU troops and Special Operations Division (SOD) members were to "watch for any protest and/or violent activities and react appropriately."

There has been allegation that federal agents and Capitol Police were engaged in inciting incidents of violence during the demonstrations in order to entrap people. According to Red State, "several CCTV footage show masked persons unlocking the doors to the United States Capitol Building to enable demonstrators to enter." In fact, in one video, they enter as Capitol Police officers stand nearby. But we don't know who those guys are."
The 'Provocateurs' 'Covert Cadre'

Tucker Carlson airs on December 7, 2021. Tonight, Joseph McBride, the counsel for numerous Jan. 6 detainees, identified a guy marked on the internet by so-called "Sedition Hunters" as "Red-Faced 45." The individual, clad in crimson from head to toe, including his face, appears in a video engaged in a constant discourse with uniformed troops and others McBride thinks are agents planted in the throng. According to McBride, the individual is "obviously a law enforcement officer."

"He distributes weapons such as sledgehammers, poles, and mace." Some of those items come into touch with some of the other protestors who have since been charged with carrying and using deadly weapons at the Capitol. That is unmistakably entrapment.

That is plainly the government promoting hazardous circumstances and enticing individuals of the audience to acquire guns and maybe use them for reasons we do not understand."

J. Michael Waller, senior analyst for Strategy at the Center for Security Policy, released a first-hand description of his views on January 13, 2021. Waller is also the President of Georgetown Research, a Washington, D.C.-based political risk and private intelligence firm; a founding editorial board member of NATO's peer-reviewed Defence Strategic Communications journal (2015–2018); and a senior analyst with Wikistrat. He believes individuals were planted in the crowd to carry out "an coordinated action planned far in advance of the joint session of Congress on January 6."

According to Waller, a "covert cadre" of individuals were dispersed throughout the throng to direct people toward the Capitol, including "false Trump demonstrators" who he thought were ANTIFA "wearing Trump or MAGA caps backwards."

According to the Epoch Times, top federal law enforcement authorities declined to answer questions regarding Ray Epps, an Arizona man seen on film the day before the demonstration wearing a Trump hat and repeatedly inciting demonstrators to "walk into the Capitol" the following day. Many people were wary of him. He is drowned out by chants of "fed, fed, fed." On January 6, he is shown addressing the audience, "We're heading to the Capitol, where all of our issues are." Ray Epps invites demonstrators to enter the Capitol the night before the January 6, 2021 breach.

Epps can also be seen standing in front of a bike rack barrier, speaking into the ear of a demonstrator who is wearing his Trump hat backwards. That guy is soon joined by others in pulling down the barrier. After then, Epps is seen fleeing with the mob toward the Capitol Building. Despite the evidence, Epps has not been charged, and his photograph has been removed off the government's list of the most-wanted persons from the incident.
